Purchased, my car from them Jan 2020, had one minor issue with it 11 months later dealt with within 48hrs. My mum recently part exchanged her car with them, she is also happy with her purchase. Excellent service

We have been dealing with Motor Services of Chepstow for many years now they have a fine selection of cars for sale so be quick or you will miss out. The after sales is excellent and all the staff are professional and courteous and they are always happy to help. They provide a good service and they don't charge the earth for maintenance either. Keep up the good work.

I've used them for the odd investigation, repair and MOT with remedial work. I think they are a fantastic garage. Clear communication, I'm happy with the price point and so far all the work done appears to have solved all the issues

Purchased a golf at a great price from Motor Services. It came with 3 months warranty, there was a small issue with brake pads making a noise after a two months of driving. I spoke to the garage and they were happy to put a new set of brake pads on the car for free and even let me loan a car for the day whilst doing so! Would recommend to all

Only bring your car here if you have ALOT of money to spend. Charged nearly a £100 for an MOT that passed with flying colours, and for checking a fault light.
Next time I'll take a groupon deal for £20

I travelled from Northern Ireland to collect a car from Motor Services. I was picked up at the airport (thanks Warren :-)), which was exceptionally helpful
The mini was spotless and just as the advert stated.
Very easy transaction
I received 3 month warranty with the vehicle. When I got home the brake light warning light came on. There was no quibbles, the garage honoured their warranty and allowed me to fix it locally at their expense
If only everything was so easy
