After having a wasted and costly 400 mile round trip to buy an apparently superb vehicle in Poole it was with trepidation that I spoke to FCS near Bristol which is even further away!

They couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. They did everything possible to make sure I felt comfortable before committing to travelling down.

The vehicle was ready and exactly as described. They also arranged to collect me from the car hire drop off and take me to the garage. The vehicle has done 3000 miles now and we're delighted with it.

The car was MOTed free of charge (the team would have rectified any advisories prior to completion of sale), Matt very kindly offered to pick me up from Temple Meads to collect the car, and dealt with the legalities and logistics swiftly. My car came with a free 3-month parts warranty, a complimentary glug of petrol, and a thorough valet.

The car I’ve bought is fantastic - almost identical to my last company vehicle, except it comes with a larger engine!
