GMW are a fantastic business. I regularly use their service department for MOTs, services and repairs. Honestly every experience with them is excellent. Their customer service is better than any other garage I have used before. They offer honest advice and a great service. Don’t look anywhere else to have your car looked at. Very lucky to have a this company in Haywards Heath.

Gatwick motor world could not have been more helpful when it came to selling us out car, with everything promised and nothing to much. Well all I can say is purchase your car from here if you want to be ignored time and time again when there is a problem. Collected the car which had not been done up to the standard previously discussed when we viewed, but in need of a car after collection date being moved and then moved again by them I overlooked the small details and drove the car off of the forecourt. Only to find after 2 minutes in the driving seat the electronics not working on the wing mirror. Went back and was promised this would be rectified. Well more fool me for trusting that.
This was nearly 4weeks ago and since then just excuse after excuse, ignored phone calls and emails. Still no fixed wing mirror and still no follow up. Great customer service guys!!

Just bought a car from here for my daughter. I dealt with Tim who was absolutely brilliant. A totally hassle free experience. There was a couple of minor things on the car that I asked to be corrected, which was done without question. I would have no hesitation buying from here again.

I bought a used truck from another dealer up north and have had a few issues with it. Nicole and Chris in the office couldn't have been more helpful from the start.
We've used GMW for repairs and also purchased cars from them previously so knew they were a good place to go, however they still exceeded expectations again!
