Can't give this company enough credit, after having a bad experience with a diffrent company with my first car I was very apprehensive about buying another car but this company have been flawless thoughout . I had a problem with the clutch within the first week and they solved the problem with no hassle whatsoever and while they was doing that they found another fault with the fan and cooling system they repaired both for me pretty much straight away no hassle whatsoever. Very happy with the service ,if I could give 6 stars I would

This company (or at least somebody senior who's name begins with D) tells lies to get your business. In my case, I asked that if they serviced my car, would that show up on the Land Rovers online system i.e. an electronic service history and they said yes, but they lied. In fact, the cars PC wasn’t even updated, so 'the car is due for a service' message, is still being displayed which is very annoying, especially if I was trying to sell the car. So thanks to Blackpole Trade and Save, as I no longer have a 100% service record, my car has been devalued.

I called D.... to ask him to put this right, and he said he'd get back to me, but guess what!! he lied again!! because he didn't.

I doubt I'm the only one, so next stop is the Trading Standards Office, and the Automotive Ombudsman.

I moved to Worcester 18 months ago and I’m always apprehensive about finding places I trust. However these guys really instil great confidence that what they do is fair and treat you with utter respect. Also appreciate that I can pull up a chair and log onto the work laptop so I’m not impacted so much. First call for servicing repairs and MOT

I Recently bought a car from this dealership, after a few bad experiences from unprofessional dealerships in the past i was amazed with just how professional, friendly and helpful this dealership was. No pushy sales just honest advice and support THROUGHOUT, it made the entire buying process a dream. I cannot recommend Ricky and his manager enough both had the car ready in two days and any work needed doing to it (it had only come in 4 days prior) was all taken care off. Honestly i drove 2+ hours to get to this dealership, for the service i received i would have driven twice that. CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

Ricky and Brian were by far and away the most upfront and helpful car dealers I've dealt with in 16 years of owning cars. I didn't feel pushed or sold to, they are just very friendly and honest. They gave me a great trade in price for my car also!

Transparent pricing and friendly service, only let down by the fact I booked a collection and delivery, but they weren't able to collect it. Also, they didn't sign the Service book so had to take that back again to be signed and stamped.

Have had several cars serviced by Blackpole trade and save and been very happy on this occasion unfortunately is not the case. I tried to book online via the website but the dates available didn't suit as MOT was due to expire, so called direct to book no problems and the said they would honour the online prices. Great I thought, the bill arrived and paid. Not checked until I got home. Charged for the MOT should have been free with the service. Front brake pads and discs fitted, charged an extra £117 from online prices. Not happy contacted garage who have apologised and will refund the cost of MOT but only 10% from the brakes. Part of the good garage scheme, thought this was a guarantee for not being ripped off. Feel well and truly ripped off. If only I had been told about them using more expensive parts, would have been happy to wait for the cheaper parts to come in stock. Did sign to take out service plan having second thoughts to cancel now. Very unhappy customer .
