Bought a van in May 2016 and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Express Motors. Bob, Esther and Julian were very helpful and accommodating. They were happy for me to have the vehicle independently inspected and agreed to rectify the issues it raised before I bought the vehicle. They have been in business here for nearly 30 years and I can see why they have lasted so long. If I need another car, I'll be coming here first. Thanks!

Picked up my first ever car today. What a wonderful experience. I was so nervous when I went to view it last week as I have no idea about anything when it comes to cars but the lovely Esther put me at ease and made the whole process less daunting and actually enjoyable. I drove my corsa to Leicester in the afternoon and it was a superb drive. I feel very confident with the car and also confident that I will receive great after sales service in the future.

Absolutely dismal awful service I could not in all conscience recommend to any one. The car was faulty sb08 Mini Cooper blue with white top. They had it in three times under warranty never did complete the work and printed false invoices in my opinion. The cockpit filled with fumes constantly. The car was never signed over to us and we waited eight weeks. We returned the car in the end but they wouldn’t refund the whole price and we lost over £250. This almost ruined our relationship and caused my partner so much unnecessary stress. The service was totally unprofessional and the car dealer operate a very dodgy crook service that are looking to fleece people out of hard earned cash. If they sold decent cars they may not have the same problems or at least honour a warranty and actually repair a car; this could have ended so differently. We paid four k for the car and they now have it listed for 2995 which proves the fact the car had serious fault all along something this dealer denied over and over. Avoid these people please

I recently bought a vauxhall astra. Dealt with a guy called Bob who offered a very good deal on the car. Any problems or issues that occurred he would sort it out without any problems. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is searching for second hand quality used cars at an affordable price.

1 year down the line from purchase. Not a penny spent (one service done by me ) and has just flown through the MOT. Thanks Bob you were great to deal with even showed me how to drive it properly when I thought I was having clutch problems. I Cannot fault the car I love it and felt confident dealing with Bob as he was genuine and honest.
Year n half left of my finance and would love for Bob to find my next car for me. All the best

Absolutely disgusting unprofessional people. Especially BOB. Waiting 4 weeks for a part for my newly bought car from them, which I was told would be done the next day. Kept wanting to turn up to my house after 10pm to fit. When I called he always made excuses of why he couldn’t come that day or had to come late at night. Finally on the day he said he would come I called to ask what time and told him he’s playing me about and he hung up the phone and blocked me! Don’t use this rubbish dealership!!!!

Sold me a car that has previously been in an accident but wasn’t told (damage is visible as poor paint work and the drivers window does not go down) every month since I got this (within the first week of having this too) I’ve had non stop problems. My engine light had come on and told us to go back all the way to London to get it sorted.. I have had this car for 4 months and spent £1600 on trying to fix it. Told me only 2 previous owners when actually been 3. Absolutely shocking.. I would not trust at all. I was so scared to drive my car because of how much it kept breaking on me.
