Definitely avoid if you can. Read reviews on independent websites. Ask for details what the guarantee covers as it's not written and then you might have problems. Better skip the valet they offer as it's a waste of your time and money, you could do a better job. They never answer to emails and don't call back. They have kept my car for a week even though mechanic said he'll fix it in a 2 days. No receipts for repairs. No refunds if you fix the car with someone else. No courtesy car. They promise things just to get rid of you and than say that were not able to find a specialist. You might get lucky but better avoid if you can.

Walked into the showroom with no intention of buying a car that day. Joseph the salesman dealt with my every need. Excellent service all round and ended up buying a mini cooper. 6 months later and the drive is still silky smooth. Great purchase Will definitely be back once I want the next car. Thank you Joseph.

Visited this dealership two weeks ago they are so busy. I was very patient for my turn. The staff was very polite on how they deal with customers. I was very confident with my purchase. Joseph was very understanding and worked me a great finance deal. Would recommend.

Went in to enquire about a car, they were very helpful in my experience. The customer service was exceptional, the staff were really polite and very patient with all enquires I had, I can easily say this experience was one of the best offered in any car dealership I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Terrible dealership. Car was not in the condition that was agreed. It then broke down after driving it once. The dealership has refused to do anything about it and won't respond to efforts to contact them. I've asked for a refund which I'm entitled to under the consumer rights act. They are just ignoring me. I now find myself with a car tag doesn't work and having to approach a solicitor for help. Be warned, this is not a good place to buy a car! The warranty they offer is not worth the paper its written on.

Just purchased my first car from Bisley motors with the help of one of the colleagues, Joseph. The tax and Insurance price for the vehicle was reasonable hence why I bought it. I Had the car delivered within a week after they MOT’d and Serviced it. Definitely recommend!!

The cars are not in good conditions and dirty. The staff don’t respond when you ask questions. I reserved a car with WRITTEN agreement my deposit is refundable. After over a month and many one way emails I here almost nothing and still have not received it. I have given them plenty of chances but now I am raising a complaint with the motor ombudsman and seeking legal advice. There are so many good used car dealers out there. This is not one of them. Stay away! There warranty has no details and no actual garage associated with when asked.

Adam was very patient and helpful. The car I went to collect needed 2 news tyres which he went and got fitted, he sorted the change of ownership for me and can't fault their service. Another member of staff valeted the car while I waited. All in all would recommend Bisley Motors
