Went down for a test drive in a qashqai advertise as 4295...full service history but not of a timing belt...after leaving and enquiring with nissan it needed one...so phoned to say I'd have it as long as come to arrangements over service /timing belt....i offered deposit over phone...i was told they enquire and phone back...they never did...later that evening the car I noticed was still advertised but now at £200 more than when I visited...i feel this isn't the way to do buisness and wouldn't go back....obviously my money isn't good enough for them😩

Friendly, professional and efficient. Really pleased with service. No hard sell, no rubbish. I would recommend and use again.

Edit: As good as the review is for the sales, the aftercare and service is terrible. Had an issue after only a few weeks, and these issues were there before, and I got told where to go.

Changed from 5 stars to 1 star as feel like they just leave you high and dry afterwards. Appalling.

I would definitely 190% recommend this company. It’s not just about the car you buy and value for money, the aftercare is well above and beyond what any other car dealer would do. Absolutely immecable service and I can’t recommend them enough.

I have no Idea what I did to upset him, but after twice traveling over 110 miles to buy/pick up the car there were no real words of welcome and the kettle most certainly didn't go on.....

I can't recommend this place and John, the owner, highly enough. I bought a car from here in November and got a really nice car and excellent and helpful service and advice.

I would definitely buy from here in future- really excellent all round.
