Worse experience ever regret buying a car from these guys. Bought a Mercedes I noticed a few issues with the car when I took it on the test drive like the exhaust ticking and the handbrake taking ages to pull. I was told this was because the car hadn’t been driven in a while when I drive it after a week it will be fine it wasn’t so I called them up they took it in and said they need to order new parts so I collected my car waiting for an update on the parts no update I had to keep calling every week to find out the woman who I was dealing with had left and they didn’t pick up any queries she was dealing with so I took the car back in they had it for a whole month and didn’t give me a courtesy car I was assured they would ring me with an update after a few days a week had past still didn’t get an update so I called up to find out they forget to fix it I told them I need a car for work and they said my car would be ready the next day a whole month passed and then they said my car was ready when I picked it up it had faults on the dash about the headlight which they then said they would need the car back again in a week because headlight and assured me it works fine it just needs coding but they didn’t have time after a couple of days the whole dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with the engine, ABS, cruise control, traction control and headlight warning they then refused to take responsibility and said I would need to drive the car from Manchester to Preston even with the error or get it towed but I would have to pay for it. I took the car back to the dealership and they fixed it after a few days then dropped it off and wouldn’t tell me what the solution was or why the issue occurred in the first place. I would give 0 stars if possible stay away people awful customer service and they never answer the phone you have to keep ringing!!!!
