Stay away unfortunately I’ve had to sell my car after owning it for 6 months!!
Worse experience ever regret buying a car from these guys. Bought a Mercedes I noticed a few issues with the car when I took it on the test drive like the exhaust ticking and the handbrake taking ages to pull. I was told this was because the car hadn’t been driven in a while when I drive it after a week it will be fine it wasn’t so I called them up they took it in and said they need to order new parts so I collected my car waiting for an update on the parts no update I had to keep calling every week to find out the woman who I was dealing with had left and they didn’t pick up any queries she was dealing with so I took the car back in they had it for a whole month and didn’t give me a courtesy car I was assured they would ring me with an update after a few days a week had past still didn’t get an update so I called up to find out they forget to fix it I told them I need a car for work and they said my car would be ready the next day a whole month passed and then they said my car was ready when I picked it up it had faults on the dash about the headlight which they then said they would need the car back again in a week because headlight and assured me it works fine it just needs coding but they didn’t have time after a couple of days the whole dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with the engine, ABS, cruise control, traction control and headlight warning they then refused to take responsibility and said I would need to drive the car from Manchester to Preston even with the error or get it towed but I would have to pay for it. I took the car back to the dealership and they fixed it after a few days then dropped it off and wouldn’t tell me what the solution was or why the issue occurred in the first place. I would give 0 stars if possible stay away people awful customer service and they never answer the phone you have to keep ringing!!!!

Recently collected my Audi A3 from the Preston branch, service and communication from the the team was transparent and outstanding.

Niall at Preston was great. Communication was great as the car I had seen was in Birmingham so it was moved to Preston. Kept me upto date and gave me time to look around it. Paper work completed quickly, and he then took the time to go through the workings inside car and even set my phone up with the car. Would highly recommend Niall and my first experience of car supermarket was a great one .

The quality of the service, attention to detail, taking time to explain the process and details about the vehicle while answering all questions professionally and courteously has made this experience overwhelmingly positive. Hemat Singh was very helpful and made our family feel welcome, despite the process taking longer than anticipated, it was a much better overall experience than could have been expected. We will be recommending these services to our friends and families. Thank you for making our family journey that much more smooth.

I have nothing but good things to say about CarSupermarket. Really competitive prices for great quality cars. We're made up with our purchase and Niall is a credit to the business (so to is your valuator - the car looked like new!) Would defiantly use again and can highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from Himat, from start to finish he was very helpful, friendly and informative. Second car we have purchased from here in a couple of months, me and the hubby are very pleased. I would definitely recommend.

Went to the preston branch, Niall the sales lad was brilliant and Ste the technician made sure the car was in tip top condition. Great honest service just what you want from car sales. Keep it up lads 👍🏻

Shocking returning customer got my 2nd car of you. Car fine customer service well if that's what you call it. Still waiting for refund for holding deposit cars service book and 2nd car key been 2 and half weeks now. Rang up many times to be told will get call back. Just rang again and they on day off. Might get my money back before due another car if I'm lucky
