I was picked up from the station after a 200 mile journey no questions asked, Mike offered to pick me up when he asked where I was coming from without hesitation, I was driven direct to the car, communication in-between was direct and impeccable, I thought my previous cars dealer had set the bar in term of communication and customer service , Mike and his driver has set the bar further up the chain in terms of customer service

Mike sold me a VW Eos back in 2018. The car had a defective convertible roof. After allowing Mike three attempts to repair the faulty roof, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I requested that that I was refunded for the car. Mike was given three opportunities to correct the fault, I was legally only obliged to give him one. Mike then became increasingly aggressive and rude in the email communications we had and refused to give me a refund at a reasonable figure (he was tryin to knock nearly £1500 off the £5000 I paid for the car in three months!), forcing me to take him to the small claims court where he requested the case was 'struck off' by the judge.

The judge found in my favour and awarded me £4500 in total for the car and to cover court costs. £4500 was the figure i had asked Mike to return to me from the outset. Mike also incurred further costs on top of the £4500 as he had to recover the vehicle which had been left on my drive idle for months whilst we waited for the court date.

Avoid MW Car Sales or Mike Williams. Do not buy from him.

Hello Mike… Just adding a little more to this as I can see you haven’t really learnt any lessons on how to treat customers from your reply to me here. I would be VERY careful who you accuse of lying online like this. People only need to read a few more reviews to see you have previous form. So let’s not pretend like I’m the bad man here, ok? I have ALL the emails still and I’d hate to see you back in court for slander and defamation. As YOU know the below reply is a lie and just goes to show you for who you are. An aggressive charlatan unable to remain professional. There’s no time limit to leaving a review and I felt compelled to let the general public know who YOU are as a person.
