Never have we had such a smooth experience buying a car!
We decided we liked it on Friday evening it was sat on our drive Saturday evening.
Nothing was too much trouble for Sheil he changed all his plans so he could see us on Saturday. We have always bought cars from main dealers and thought they gave good service but nothing compares with the exceptional service paragon cars gives their customers.
We can’t recommend this garage enough and will definitely be back one day.

I was happy with the service I received from the guys at Paragon Cars. Good communication and friendly approach. Unfortunately the finance company they linked me with are a pain to work with but that's not their fault.Guys also arranged to repair the car seat after I purchased the car from them and it was done to a high standard. There also some delay with returning my deposit but overall good service and I would recommend them.

I've been wanting a Mercedes ML for a long time now and I searched for one with my very fussy and very extensive set of tick boxes. The car I bought from Paragon ticked every box and the team were excellent from communication, picking up from the train station and the overall customer service. The wine was very nice and the missus enjoyed the chocolates 😊. Would I recommend these to buy your dream car from? Of course I would. 5 stars all round.

I loved how my questions were answered every time regardless of the time!🤣 i was made to feel at ease as no question was silly. I was provided with pictures and videos of the car to me as well which made the decision to buy the car more easy as obviously we live 400 miles away. In all was a good experience and the customer service provided was exceptional 😁 thank you again 😁

Me and my dad always used to talk about how we love Audi’s and after losing him to cancer I thought I would get one just to remind me of him and put a smile on my face each time I drive it. I bought this car a few days after what would have been his 63rd birthday so it was a very emotional Time for the family. When I collected the car and went to fill up, the petrol lid wasn’t working properly (common fault with Audi TT’s) and I contacted the salesman and he arranged to have the problem solved for me at no expense and local to my home which isn’t near the paragon dealership! The service by far was the best I have ever had! I ran into an issue on the way to have the petrol cap sorted a few days later and again the salesman went out of his way to assist me and ensure I was receiving a great service and I couldn’t be more thankful for it.

8 months after the purchase of my E Class Coupe from Paragon Cars I have to say I am very happy with my car. I had to come back and give loads of thanks to paragon cars and staff. Didn’t think you can get quality cars like mine that easy but Paragon changed my mind. Keeping up to date with their posts on Instagram has shown me they have plenty to offer.
