Motor Range

Our first time here a few days ago , I went with my son to look at buying a new car. From the start we were welcomed & dealt with by very enthusiastic & knowledgeable staff. Our car sales person was nick bleasdale & helped by Shirley Porter who overseen that all parts of the car were upto the very highest of standards. After visiting a few car dealerships , we found that motor range had the best quality & variety of cars to chose from, at very reasonable prices. This is my sons dream car & I can’t thank all the staff here for helping him at every step of the way to drive away with a car that he loves I would highly recommend motor range to all my friends & family who are looking to buy a car.

Took a drive to Motor Range to look at a bigger family car. Unable to see anything I liked on the forecourt, luckily Matt came over to help and I showed him an insignia online but no photos. He said he would go and ask manager as he thinks it only just come into the shop.
Matt allowed us to look at the car and brought it around the front for us to see. I was very happy with the car and the comfort of it. Much bigger and very spacious which is what I needed. Fantastic value for money and a bargain!!
As the car was not yet ready to be sold the manager allowed me to buy it as I have used Motor Range a few times. Matt was very helpful with the whole process and very professional. We had a laugh along the way and kept me updated throughout until I went back to pick up the car.
I want to thank Matt for all his help in finding me a family car that hopefully will last me a while.
On day of pick up, the process was very quick as everything was ready to go and helped with untaxing my current car and did everything for me.
So once again thank you very much Matt, would definitely go to him again in the future.
He also helped my partner look at his dream car to and took for a test drive.
I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking for a new car, it was stress free and he very friendly.

Fantastic service! Jason was amazing, knowledgeable and really helpful. Really easy to talk to and gave us a stress free service. Even gave us a umbrella while it was raining outside so we could look around the cars :) I would recommend Motor Range Liverpool, especially if Jason was there. Great customer service.

After trying other dealerships we came to Motor range and we knew straightaway that we had made the right choice. From the start we met Bradley, not only superbly professional but a pleasant and really nice young man. What I liked was his no pressure style he told us everything we needed to know about the car we were after and was so knowledgeable about the brand. Right through all phase of buying the car until we picked it up yesterday , Bradley was brilliant, absolute first class Customer service throughout. I would recommend Motor range, Bradley and all the staff we dealt without any hesitation.

Matt represented the company extraordinarily well. I was very nervous and a bit daunted but he was able to quickly put me at ease. He answered all of my questioned fully and was able to explain things to me in a way that I was able to understand. He was polite, kind and patient. It was my first experience buying a car from Motor Range and it was a very good one. I wholeheartedly recommend Motor Range and, in particular, Matt.

Great experience thanks to Matthew S. Car at good price, had deep clean (took ages tho), repair arranged free of charge for small paint off on the bumper. No finance involved so can’t comment on that. The only thing Motor Range should consider is changing their ugly cheap reg plates (-1 start). Happy to advertise Motor Range but just get the sticker on the back window instead like Arnold Clark have looks so much better than these reg plates and does not damage the car with holes (see photos) or at least make it within the size of reg plate (small logo/website - see photo for example to follow)

Nick B has been great throughout the whole process of buying my new car. He made myself and my partner feel very welcomed. When we found out we couldn’t collect the car the same day, he arranged for me and my partner to get a lift back. Would 100% recommend Nick to anybody looking to purchase a new car.
