I agree with a couple of the reviews here. Really poor service, blatantly renaged on an agreement so would not trust them again. Also, whilst some of their staff may know about cars, the sales rep I spoke to had zero mechanical knowledge. All in all, a bad experience. I hope other genuine customers have a better experience than I did.

Purchased a Mazda 3 approximately 8-9 weeks ago now and all was well until I noticed the plastics under the wheel arch were broken. This was not as expected at point of sale.

Following previous review , I have had a discussion with the management of M&Q Motors, and the issue is currently being resolved this week.

I will update this review fully once the issue has been fully resolved.

brilliant customer service . Qaz been very helpful . he left me with the car i was interested .I took my time I had a mechanic with me he did some checks and test drove it . cars running fine . very happy with my purchase.
