I had the pleasure of purchasing my new car from West heath motors a few weeks ago.
I would encourage and recommend anyone to go see the cars on sale here. They are pristine. I got a beautiful DS3 and it's a joy to drive. I would highly recommend West Heath Motors if you are looking to buy a car. Being first timer buyers it was a slightly stressful experience but after finding their website and visiting them they made it nothing but pleasant. They were extremely laid back and made the whole experience a stress free one. Plus, they have been fantastic with us with all of our enquires before and after purchasing our lovely new car.

I put my car up for auction through Motorway and it was West Heath Motors who agreed to purchase the car for the reserve price. The moment that my car was sold, the communication between myself and David at West Heath Motors was fantastic and the whole process from first contact to Mark collecting my car was incredibly smooth. Money was in my account straight away without any hesitations. Though the start of my auction process with Motorway was a little bit slow, the selling process with West Heath Motors was excellent and incredibly efficient.

Professional and friendly service, no pressure selling which makes the process much more pleasant. Had a slight issue with car but this was dealt with quickly. Definitely recommend, this is my second time using them.

Bought car last year - Very helpful and nice owners!

Cowboys! Bought an Astra car last year. No wheel bolts, recently had a puncture, spare was too small. Silicone used instead of new seals . Never again.

Professional and no hard sale. I recently purchased my new car from here over the christmas period. All I can say is that the car is perfect at present and I have no concerns. WHM offered a peace Of mind 3 month warranty included in the price or I could top it up To 12 months for peace of mind at a reasonable price. Phillip in particular was a great communicator, helped us feel that we had made the choice to buy the car with no pressure ( which I have found is very rare) and gave us lots of time To ask questions and do lots of checks on the vehicle.
