Totally recommend Keepers Cars. An absolute pleasure to deal with. From first contact to purchase Ross made everything stress free. My daughter and I travelled quite a distance to purchase a lovely Lexus and we were not disappointed. It was as on the website, presented beautifully. Would have no hesitation in buying again from Keepers Cars. My daughter was a bit disappointed at Ruby the dog not being there but Ross organised a facetime and made her day. What a first class family run car sales business. Ross made our experience so smooth and pleasurable. Such an honest and affable guy, not your stereotypical car salesman. We arrived at 9 and by 1030 we were driving away in our ne Audi Q3. Not only would I highly recommend this company but could honestly say Keepers Cars will be our first port of call when we are ready to get another car. We were actually disappointed with their service. They were giving us miss information about the car we wanted. For example, they said it had one owner and then we found out that a company owned it and lots of people could hire it so potentially 100 drivers. After we did AA service check (even they said they did the check themselves), the report said that the battery was dead and the car canopy doesn’t lock and few other bits. Who does sell a car which doesn’t lock??? I know it could be fixed but then they mentioned that the roof probably will leak and they actually didn’t own the car but their friend or something. They lied how long it was there. It was just all dodgy. They could have told us these things before we paid £300 for service. Then husband said he doesn’t want it and then they sent us an email next day ‘We actually sold the car after you left’ How absolutely rude! I couldn't believe that :D

I bought a Mercedes C220 from Ross at Keepers cars and had a faultless experience. From first engagement Ross was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Would just like to give a shout out to Ross at Keepers Cars. After dropping an email enquiry across one afternoon he had called me back within 15 minutes and arranged for me to view the car the same day!

When arriving he was nothing but welcoming, honest and forthright about the car I was looking at and made sure that all bases, good and bad, were covered. Again not pushy about a sale but allowing me the opportunity to take the car on a test drive at my pace to get a feel for the vehicle.

Part exchange on the car I had was easy and straight forward and Ross again was more than fair and gave more than I was expecting, which shows his commitment to great customer service and also providing a fair option to those wishing to part exchange that means the price given reflects the true position of the vehicle within that sector, not trying to scalp the customers for his own gain!

All paperwork and administrative things were probably the most straightforward and stress free I have ever experienced when buying a car from a dealership and the car has been exactly as described and I couldn’t fault it!

It’s been a pleasure doing business with Ross and I’ll be sure to pay him a visit again in the future when I’m looking to upgrade!

Brilliant service from start to end. Normally find car dealers to be pushy and need to commit to buying before you can get anywhere. This was the total opposite, very relaxed and no pressure. Would recommend Ross and his team to anyone looking for a new car. Great service.
