Typical after sales service, non existent and full of denials. Our car came with 1 years AA cover free. So 3 weeks in we got a puncture. Rang the AA and low and behold no record of our membership. Had to call a guy out but it cost us £100 just to gave the tyre changed. Approached Chana as they gave us no details on the AA membership. Of course, nothing they could do about it, not their fault. Totally refused to refund despite them not adhering to their agreement. So will write officially to complain, then either trading standards and legal advice. Come on Chana, you took over £3k, you should treat people better. Your reputation precedes you.

A1 had an issue with a front spring on the van. I was worried as I use the van for work so didn't want it off the road for too long.

Fair play to these had my van back the same day and at a reasonable price.

Please do not get your car from here!! When first got it was told it passed its MOT within less than a week needed a new motor as the rear windscreen wipers didnt work a new battery and new brake pads. Clutch was spongy and slack and was told on the day nothing wrong with it Less than a year and clutch has gone. They are con artists and should be locked up and if you do get a car from here after reading all these reviews it’ll be your own fault!

Highly recommended. Good knowledge and good advise always given. Good customer service. Friendly and doesn't rip off customers. Can't complain.

Shame I can't give this place 1 star really. If you are thinking of getting a car from them PLEASE DO NOT DO IT! Ignore the positive reviews, even if runs it is most likely hiding many issues.

Awful customer service. Awful communication. The car's they sell are utter rubbish. Problems start to finish.

Luckily we financed a car from them otherwise it would have been nearly impossible to get it all sorted.

On the drive home the brakes seized on, causing smoke to pour from the brake pads. When phoning them they asked us to drive it back... When I said they brakes are stuck on they didn't seem bothered. I had to argue for the vehicle to be recovered.

They replaced both front brake calipers and dropped the car back off. A few weeks later another issue, oil in the coolant. They had "replaced" the head gasket and supposedly skimmed the block... the car was lacking power and jolting massively on the way home and there was even more oil in the coolant.

After all of this we took it to an independant TRUSTED garage to give it the once over, they told us it is as good as scrap and to get the finance company to handle returning the car.

Once this was all settled they took ages to collect the car in the time outlined by the finance company. A little threaten with court and the car was collected swiftly and the deposit given back to us.

I purchased a 2012 Ford focus titanium from Chana and after driving it for a few days it developed a problem which would not have been obvious when purchased. Returned to the garage and it was fixed and sorted, and a loan car was provided. Would highly recommend Chana for friendly, pleasant and efficient service.

Partner bought car, had issues with dpf filter from the beginning took back many times, they did not fix just fobbed off, spent more money on it now less than 2 years on the engine and oil pump has gone. Do not recommend using this place.
