Terrible customer service. Actually laughed at me when I asked if a courtesy car was available. Made to feel like they were doing me a favour accepting the car in. That was particularly annoying; you either have capacity or you don’t, I shouldn’t be made to feel they are squeezing me in. I’m paying good money to have a repair. They didn’t even have the part in stock, and no idea when it will come in. I’ll definitely take it to a different kia dealer next time.

We’re on our fourth Kia now, service overall from the company has been excellent, in the Exeter branch, Simon in particular has always been first class, a couple of the others aren’t quite so good/efficient but thanks to the great value product and service from Simon we will certainly stick with Kia in future!

Booked online over week ahead for a 9am hour long express service. Was phoned with 4 days to go telling me they were overbooked so bumped to following Saturday. Was not put on system as an express service for some reason but arrived early and was done by 10ish. Rear seats and boot not vacuumed which was disappointing. Had no time to investigate charging problem (Soul EV) but I knew it was the cable having tried others on the car. So now have to wait 11days for another appointment to confirm what I know and will presumably have to wait longer for a new one to arrive. Not really good enough for a warranty issue.

A massive Thank you to Alex Shaw for all his help. This is our second time dealing with him, his knowledge, advise and support has been outstanding and we can’t thank him enough.

They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Awful customer service everytime I go in there. The aftersales manager seem to have an issue with me I'm guessing as I used to work with her at a previous dealership. Was told I would have a call back on Monday as they have damaged part of my car and haven't properly cleaned it just jet washed with water and no hoover done inside. Still haven't received a call back, like I was expecting. I was also told the same excuse as last time I went in with my last car she had slipped over in the workshop and had to go to hospital. Surely she doesn't fall over that many times or is it when I go in there it only happen 🤦‍♀️

We walked into the dealership and were instantly welcomed by Maurice. He put us completely at ease and offered us a 24hr test drive in the Kia Soul EV. We took him up on his offer and the car is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, we fell in love with it! Maurice made sure it suited all of our needs and went over and above usual service to make sure it was completely right for our disabled Son to. Maurice dealt with everything from start to finish and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him! We've had the car for three days and, again, Maurice has phoned us to make sure we're completely happy with everything and didn't have any unanswered questions. Maurice has exceeded our expectations and restored our confidence in the Exeter Kia Dealership!! We can't recommend him enough!!! Thanks again Maurice!
