Cazoo Drop-off Centre Fulham

Can't praise enough, no haggling and money was in bank account before we left the gate. Whole process took about five minutes. Alistair was also customer friendly.

Cazoo gave the highest price compared to other car buying sites, would definitely use again.

Just came in today and sold my Audi TT. Alexander was a pleasure to deal with and got everything sorted within 10 minutes. The money was transferred there and then and they gave me the price I was quoted online. Can't recommend this place enough for a quick, fair sale.

This really could not have been any easier.

From obtaining a quote online, with simple help to grade the car, to booking a time to drop off, everything was super easy.

Alexander greeted me at the gate when I arrived and was incredibly friendly throughout, offering a cold drink and informing me of the process before starting.

Mine and the cars details were checked over and then the car was evaluated too. It met the stated condition and we went through signing, a few moments later, the money was in my account. Before leaving, Alexander offered a picture with the car, and off I went.

I could not have asked for a simpler process in selling my car!

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with selling a car. The price that was quoted was much higher than other companies and there was no haggling when I arrived (mainly as the condition I stayed was accurate). Ahmed provided great customer service and I will definitely use Cazoo going forward!

We dropped our car off on 24th November at 3:15, and were greeted by 2 of the friendliest people, great customer service.

The woman who delt with our transaction then took us back to a very comfortable room, with a variety of drinks, and went through the paperwork with us. It was a quick process, and they paid us what they had quoted. Within 5 minutes we received the full payment in our banking account.

The entire transaction took about 20 minutes. We were amazed, we thought that it would take longer and we'd have some hassle, but not the case.

We highly recommend this company and commend them on how they operate.

It is 2 buildings before Sainsbury’s . There is a metal gate. You push the button and they open it.

Then you have to park just in front kf the whicte little building.

They d welcome you and you can then sit have coffee and talk through the process.

I would repeat the review my wife wrote about the wonderful experience we had with Cazoo Fulham. From first to last was smooth, friendly, easy. One suggestion: they are in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham who have the worst signed Clean Air Zone that is a big revenue generator for them. I got fined £65 dropping my car off on Townmead Road. If Cazoo had asked me what route I arrived they could have got me a visitors pass. (You can get to Cazoo without getting a fine - yeah, go figure ...)
