Bought an audi q5 from the chaps at Taunton Automobiles, the car is great, they even included a cambelt change in the full asking price. Had a small warranty issue, dropped the car off to them, all sorted by them, nothing was too much trouble

My mum doesn’t have Facebook but wanted me to leave a review For her. She took her car here a few weeks a go and had it re mapped, her car engine has blown up wile she was driving down the motor way. My mums dog was in the back and was almost killed he had a heart attack and now she is left with no car and a very poorly dog and she can’t afford his vet bills so may have to be put down. My mum was also sick on the seat and we can’t get the smell out. She’s been told by some people who actually know what they’re doing that the engine and car was not capable of what they did and was pushed too far. They won’t take any responsibility and said that they hope her dog poos on my mums brand new b and m rug that was in the front of the car when it was there, disgusting.

Absolutely awful experience. Bought a car from here and it was advertised as having a brand new water pump and new timing belt which I’ve been told by a garage aren’t working and are not new. I’ve also got a leaking power steering rack and have been told the rust under the car is ridiculous for the age of the car and the money I’ve paid. I tried to sort the issue out with these guys but when I rang was shouted at down the phone and told not to believe any mechanic so I took my father in law down to the garage as he knows about cars and he’s had a look and completely agrees with the mechanics at the garage that the car is a state. I understand that rust will happen to cars over time but the year of the car and the money I’ve paid does not reflect the state of the underneath of the car. Completely unreasonable customer service and the rudest people I’ve ever come across. I’m really not someone who likes to bad mouth small businesses but I don’t want anyone wasting all their money on a car and being ripped off like I have and having to fork out £600 on a car they’ve not long had. Trading standards have been contacted . Not even worthy of one star, buy elsewhere.
