Non existent after sales service. Happy to take your money in exchange for a faulty car but after sending a letter and not receiving a response I called them only to be told in so many words tough luck. Asked for their response in writing and didn't receive anything either. Would recommend you do not purchase a car from here. Our car had untold stored faults on the vehicle when the RAC came to rescue us, had to spend over £1k trying to resolve the issue. Wasn't even cleaned or valeted when we picked it up.

I would like to thank the owner and staff for the good service over the years.
We brought our first car from this dealer around 1985 and continued to buy vehicles to this day with our latest purchase this week all vehicles we acquired were valeted cleaned and in good mechanical condition never had any problems I would recommend this dealer on our experience.

I have bought my last three cars from Frinton Gate Motors and can honestly say I have been very happy with every one.

recommend anyone looking to buying a car from this dealer purchased a Peugeot 307 3 years ago and still going strong had a spring replacement under warranty without any issues .

excellent service and after sales, even sorted gearbox fault on it through Citreon, superb car until it got written off ,will buy again in the new year

I felt I had to write a review as I came across the negative reviews on this site and I have never had a problem!
I have purchased cars from this garage for the last 15 years. Always go back as the standard of cars is excellent along with the after sales. Staff couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Never had a problem with any genuine warranty work being carried out. Would highly recommend this garage.

The worst after sale service. Denied all responsibility after selling me a dangerous car with a false MOT. Awaiting advice from Trading standards as a report is being conducted on the car ready for small claims court. They sell with an MOT that is signed over on the day you buy but then claim they have nothing to do with the attached garage that conducts the MOTs. When an issue arises "there is nothing they can do". The car has been written off mechanically when the engine went 6 months after purchase. Among many other mechanical problems including needing new brakes etc. I will keep updating these reviews with more details until a solution is reached.

I will be combining my evidence with other negative reviewers for joint evidence in court.
