Fantastic service from David & Jim, just collected my BMW 6 series and it’s great, condition is like it’s come straight from the factory, this shows the quality of their cars, David made the sale process very easy with no pressure and the banter we all had was fantastic and I must say, I have bought many a car ( like 5 sporty ones-in the last 5 years ) and this has been the most pleasurable. Recently purchased a Range Rover from JCT9 Cars.
The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. These guys delivered above and beyond with regards to the car and there impeccable customer service.
The whole process was made so simple. David reassured us so much that we were happy to travel the 200 miles and confident we would drive the car away without previously viewing the car.

I’ve bought a lot of cars, I’ve bought a lot of Range Rovers, the one I have just bought from David and Jim, unseen, is number 7 I think. Don’t settle for half arsed diesel, full fat, 5 litre supercharged is the only way to go. The car is superb, virtually unmarked and a testament to the sort of cars Jct 9 strive to supply.
We had a battery problem after the first couple of days, which obviously is not covered by warranty, but David offered to collect the car, replace the battery and return the car to my home despite it being a 4 hour round trip. However, I replaced both batteries myself and so they offered to pay for that instead, which they did immediately without any quibble.
Really nice guys providing a first rate service. Couldn’t ask for more.

After selling my Range Rover to them, I have nothing but good things to say about Jim and JCT 9. Absolutely amazing experience, great customer service throughout the process. I bought my car completely online as I live far from them and didn't have the means to travel. They sorted the MOT and some mechanical work that I requested before buying the car. The team was brilliant from start to finish, always available to answer my questions.
