Buying from Robins and Day was a very pleasurable experience and Alex and his colleagues were just amazing to deal with. No fuss,no pressure and no hard sell.
Would highly recomend this garage.

1st attempt to purchase car was not successful. Refund of £99 was made.
2nd attempt to purchase same car was successful. However sales team / customer service so poor. Very late response by email.
When calling, either no answer and if answered details taken each time same information again and again, name, number, email address.
Point of contact is never available, either told he is in meeting or on a call, but later when responded by email after few days, contact tells me he was out office.
When vehicle was delivered, vehicle was not valeted. It was unfit to drive. Delivery driver said they had to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. The dealer said the delivery driver accepted the vehicle and therefore I had to accept it. Dealer blamed the delivery driver. A long list of issues was provided with photos.
No apologies for the 20+ failures including fault with vehicle and wrong milage.
Vehicle was returned, and same day dealer put the vehicle back on website for sale with old data and wrong milage.
Refund took few days, but returned. Never again!

It's time for us to buy a car, we found Wessex Garages, Bristol through Heycar online with a nice selection of cars to buy, we found the perfect car and rang to make an appointment to view it. We visited the showroom and was greeted by Robert Ordog our sales consultant, he was very friendly and courteous. Robert took us on a test drive, all questions were answered, he even went out of his way to visit us at our home to ensure one part of the paperwork process was signed ready for our expected collection date, and the paperwork process was spot on. Perfect transaction, we were kept informed throughout the processes. Highly recommend Wessex Car Dealership in Bristol. So proud of our new car, we wish Robert and all the team continued success.

I just bought my first car through Heycar and it was a great process from start to finish. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews and I was hesitant to go with them at first, but they went over and beyond my expectations and that’s why I decided to leave them a good review. After choosing the car I wanted and putting down a deposit, I made the payment on Monday. 2 days later I was contacted by Kanisha who arranged my car to be delivered from Eastbourne to Newcastle for Friday. I was kept up to date of the delivery times by the driver on the day and my car arrived 5 days after I paid for it which is really fast delivery especially when some of the reviews on here mention long delivery times. A month later after getting the car I received an unpaid toll letter which was the driver’s fault as they forgot to pay on the day. I contacted heycar, and Joanne handled my case very quickly and forwarded my fine to the driver and got it sorted. Also my car was missing floor mats so I contacted Heycar again and they even offered to pay me a set of official Mazda mats as a goodwill gesture. Overall I’ve been impressed with this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I frst time purchased the car online. All heycar customer service is amazing! Clearly answered my all questions, communication was very kindly, got all needed information, the consultant was very friendly and helpful. The car was delivered without any issues and damages, car looks perfectly. I love my new car and I am very happy with my purchase, pleased with my decision to choice it from Heycar website. Highly recommending!

I bought a car at the beginning of January and I found the company to be very reliable and professional.
Due to train strikes there was a potential delay with the delivery of the car (as their drivers travel back to base by train after delivering cars), but after explaining that I needed the car asap, I was offered the option to pick up the car myself and I was refunded the costs involved.
The car then had an issue, but I was advised to visit my local dealer, who rectified the issue promptly and professionally.
I would highly recommend Hey car for a stress free experience.
