I drove an ex partner to see Paul about a Zafira. Car was exactly as advertised and runs smooth. Paul was courteous and empathic and went through all the paperwork with her. The boot space is amazing. She's already taken wood sheets etc to the tip. Would not hesitate to buy a car for myself when my Landy joins the After Life and I live in Lancashire. At 60 years old and having driven for 36 years never needing a car of my own before now. I finally decided to bite the bullet and look for a car just for me. I have to say I was dreading the experience but Paul made buying 'Mabel' as I named my car a pleasurable experience, putting me at my ease and telling us the history of the car and what had been done to it (new tyre). He did the taxing of for me and did all the DVLA paperwork online.
