JSW Car Sales

After a useless search within a 100 mile radius for a good car within a budget of 8K I found a fantastic BMW X5 3.0d on JSW's forecourt. I had passed JSW for many years and they always have very presentable vehicles but this was the first I took my business to them. I bought the BMW. Unfortunately it appeared that the fuel tank leaked when filled completely. I was commissioned overseas and I had to have this repaired abroad. All under warranty. After 4 months I returned from my tour and went to see Jonathan of JSW. It is at those times that one finds out what "warranty" really means. I have to say, that within a matter of days the repair costs were paid into my account. What we agreed months before was honoured. I would consider buying from JSW again. The whole experience was friendly and professional. I am very pleased with how this unexpected issue was dealt with.

I recently gave my ford kuga 4/4 for a full service with some gearbox glitches . The team was excellent in diagnosing the fault and rectifying it on top of the regular service I asked for . Car was delivered by the promised time . Mr Taylor who was co-ordinating through out the process was so friendly , helpful and informative . The gentleman who repaired the gear issue came forward and opened the bonnet and explained to me in detail about what the issue was and what has been done which I doubt other garages do , even dealers . In summary , outstanding team . I’d recommend JSW to my friends and colleagues . The only thing I regretted was going to distant garages when these people were in the next street to me ! Other members in the garage were very friendly too . Great job guys 👍🏻. Jazz .

John the salesman was very friendly whilst being most professional. The Jeep Compass was just what I was looking for and I was given a fair price for the van I traded in as part exchange. I will use again in the near future as 1 of my daughters will be looking for a new car. 5 stars +

Perfect service from JSW on my second car from them and always the service is brilliant. Recently had a problem, called on the Saturday, they was on my drive the Monday, took the car repaired it and was back to me by the Thursday. That’s terrific service. Son also bought a car the same time as me and is happy with his, thanks JSW. 😀😀

We'd been looking for a specific qashqai for ages, JSW had the perfect car , the colour, engine size everything we wanted in a car, we couldn't of wished for better service from John , they even supplied and fitted a towbar for us. Would recommend this garage to everyone .

Purchased a 2011 dodge ram. Always great with communication. Even if they were busy they always called back straight away. Gave the vehicle a thorough inspection before collection where they found a sticky brake caliper slider and they had it done and sorted before collection. I dealt with salesman Jon. Wasn't pushy. Let me have a wander round it at my own pace. Left very happy.

Brought my Scirocco in at very very very short notice for a full wing-mirror replacement, the team here are professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. Can’t recommend them enough. excellent arsenal of 4x4 and SUVs too. Cheers!

JSW came to my rescue when I had a puncture on my way home from a busy night shift. They gave me a free courtesy car to get home whilst they changed my tyres. Top job and thank you 🙏
