Ive been buying cars from this garage for years now and have been back to see them recently for my latest car. I believe that they are the best car dealers for miles, they have lots of high spec, low milage, quality cars with new cars arriving in stock all the time. They offered me the highest trade in price I'd been offered at any dealers including online and made the whole process so easy. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful when arranging test drives and finance. When you are there you feel as if you are being looked after by a family business, so friendly and personable. Simply put, if you want to buy a used car in Ripley then Chris W Roads are worth a look. I will be back for yearly servicing of both my cars as they provide excellent service provision and also will return when my wife needs a new car, Thank you Matt, Mike, Ash and Anthony, five stars

Having had a terrible experience buying a car with a large dealership in the weeks prior to visiting Chris Roads, I was a little apprehensive about car sales in general. I visited Chris Roads and dealt with Wayne who was absolutely brilliant. Wayne gave me the time to look around at the cars I was interested in, and answered all the questions I had. We sold our car via Motorway and had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony and Ruby as part of the sale. Both were consummate professionals who provided excellent communication throughout and made what could have been a stressful process, a breeze.

I purchased a car from here earlier this year. The first thing that impressed me, which I thought was unusual, was that when I went to test drive the car, they gave me the keys and showed me the route that I should take. The rep from the company did not come with me. Previous experience has been different in that the rep comes with us. Furthermore, the route for the test drive was about 10 miles instead of a quick drive around the block!

I bought a car that was 10 years old. It came fully serviced & MOT’d.

There was a fault with the car which I noticed about 10 days after I bought it. I called the company about the fault. They asked that I take it to a local garage for the fault to be identified (I live about 30 miles from the dealership).
Chris W Roads have paid for the fault to be rectified. I am not aware of many used car dealerships that will take such responsibility for the cars that they sell.

The quality of customer service was 100% from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them.

I sold my car to Chris W Roads Ltd through Motorway and it was a smooth, stress-free process. Anthony was delightful to deal with and an uber professional. He arranged for the car to be collected from our flat in Edinburgh, the driver arrived promptly and did a thorough appraisal of the vehicle before confirming everything was all fine. By the time the driver had left with the car, Anthony had already paid us. A weight off our shoulders as we had a nightmare experience trying to sell through other options out there (Cazoo and WeBuyAnyCar) and it's taught us to stick with indy dealers from now on. I purchased a vehicle from this garage in December. I booked a test drive , was left to look round the car and go for a drive on my own. There was no pushing from the salesman. I dealt with Wayne who was friendly, approachable and not pushy. He was professional and explained about the services but never pushed on these either. He spent a lot of time with me and didn’t feel rushed to get the paper work done and out the door as quick as possible. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good quality second hand car to visit this place and ask for Wayne!
