Recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes C250. The car drives superb and was as described. Before i agreed to buy the car it needed a gearbox service which the guys got done for me. When i went to view the car and have my test drive the guys were brilliant and left me alone to view the car without any pressure. If you want to buy a lovely car from honest people then this is the place to do so. Very happy customer.

I have brought a bmw 220d m sport of these guys and they are absolutely spot on. Had a problem with engine management light coming on 20 miles after I fetch it and the guys got it straight into a garage the ae day and repaired the fault.also had wheel wobble on rear alloys so then paid for balancing again same day.. the car is amazing and can not thank these guys enough for there quick response on the problems. Would recommend these 100%. Thanks LS SPORTS AND PERFORMANCE 😁👍

Purchased a BMW 116d on the 27th February, was told there was full service history prior to purchasing when in fact only 2 service receipts. Paid £9,900. Car was delivered to me on a low loader wouldn’t start when got to me due to 0 miles in the tank! Headlight seal broken was getting condensation in, the alloy wheels were painted gloss black and peeled of within 3 months and then the car broke down on the 9th June due to timing chain snapping and requires a new engine within 3 months of driving. Went down the route of the finance company as the dealer wasn’t willing to get the car fixed or take it back. Now I am liable for repairs quoted £3000 for a new engine.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Mixed bag for me with LS Sports & Performance.
The sales process was easy, done deal car delivered and it was on the surface everything was as described.
Unfortunately the day of delivery the car had an issue - this was dealt with promptly, a few very minor things then came up in the first few days - again all sorted promptly.
Finally day 7 of having the car a warning light comes on the dash. At this point I decided the car wasn’t for me after 7 days of issues.
This was my decision, LS aren’t to blame for the issues with the car only there responses.
Once informed of my will to return the car as it was within 14 days, LS Aftersales disappeared, I had to chase constantly, and even today with the car returned I now haven’t heard anything further from them to confirm the return of funds to the finance company.

As I said a mixed bag really. I don’t blame them for the issues with the car, just disappointed with how the situation has been handled once my decision was made to return the car.

It’s done now, on wards and upwards.
I wish Lewis & the guys the best.

I've just bought my BMW 120d from LS and to be honest I couldn't be happier. I got the car during lockdown so didn't get to see it in person but the car was just as described, brilliant inside and out. Couple of stone chips but it's 7 years old and that's to be expected. Drives spot on, auto box is smooth, plenty of tread on the tyres and overall it's extremely clean.

A driver dropped the car off at a local area to me which I thought was great service, must have been around 50-60 miles from the dealership. Communication was really good too.

I'd like to change cars in around 2 years and if you've got the kind of car I'm looking for then I'll certainly use you again.

All the best.

Bought a BMW 3 series from Lewis 22/09/21, spent almost 10k. Not the most expensive in his range but still a fair amount, car spotless, no pushy sales. Car appeared to have been stood a while, needed running before radio would come on, on the drive home flat tyre warning came on etc. No big issues.

Soon after buying had lumpy starts on the car, didn't report straight away as it was intermittent, and no fault on dash/screen. After just 8 weeks car failed to start. Showed an ignition fault. Car eventually fired up.

Reported to lewis, said he would speak with his mechanic to see if he'd know what it would be and he'd come back to me...4 days past no call back from Lewis. Chased up myself, he didn't have an answer from his mechanic/specialist. Asked if I could take somewhere to get it checked and the fault looked into.

Took to a BMW specialist nearby...car needed new battery, it was the original and was deteriorating and bringing a number of voltage faults up.

Lewis said it wasn't covered under any warranty as it was just the battery. I see where lewis was coming from... but after spending 10k on a car to have it faulting after 8 weeks and him saying it wasn't covered seemed poor. Batteries last year's on cars...this was 8years old..so was on the way out at point of purchasing the car.

After 8weeks...its already cost 295.00...55.00 on diagnostics and 240.00 for the new battery.

Lewis after plenty of chasing around contributed 100.00 which I accepted..just to get something towards the costs. I feel it should have been fully covered...the battery didn't die within the 8 weeks of buying the car. It was already faulty, and the voltage faults should have been seen when he got the car checked over..

Fingers crossed no more issues.
