Spent £4,400 on a Peugot 108 (2014) and part exchanged my old vehicle. The car I was sold was faulty (even though they had told me it was in perfect condition) and had to be sent to the garage 3 times, on the third time it was found out that the car's engine was broken. I can no-longer get hold of the garage and non of their numbers are in-service, I also sent an e-mail but there is still no reply. I only bought the car 5 months ago.

Also, the vehicle that we part-exchanged was then caught speeding and I was sent a letter where we had to explain we no-longer has ownership of the vehicle.

We recently bought a new car from Preston Part-Ex Centre, the process from start to finish was second to none.

My wife bought a car from this car dealer. She paid in full and took the car. The seller promised to do some cosmetic bodywork damage, the car was collected and the car returned with the work not done?
She chased him but as he obviously had all the the money he didn’t reply.

Another thing, this seller loves do which he also did to my wife is charge a surcharge if paying some of the money by credit card.

The credit card company my wife used is now investigating this seller.

Ive been looking for the right car for a while and saw the petfect car being advertised here. Never once did I feel under pressure to buy it was a very pleasant experience. All the staff were very friendly and I would not hesitate to buy from here again!!
