Can't fault Richard Sanders went to have a look, one of the salesman came across to me, is name was Ben very polite ,as it was closing time i said I would come back the next day, witch I did i found the same salesman Ben ,found a car I liked from there on it was plain sailing ,Ben was excellent through out, perched the car excellent thank you Ben and Richard Sanders.

I wanted to put a modern pen to paper so to speak for the great service and support that I received from the service department at the Kettering Branch of Richard Sanders Renault. Especially from the service manager Lee Clayton.
Following some damage to my front bumper of my car (2006 Megane CC) which has a rare kit fitted to it.
Lee went above and beyond to secure a replacement bumper via multiple phone calls to Paris Renault to locate this bumper and order it with minimal delay in delivery (in the current times a feat in its own right). Lee kept me posted throughout the process with regular phone updates. I cant thank him enough for going above and beyond to ensure that the part gets delivered.
I appreciate that the 'Karen's' of the world are always quick to complain when poor service is observed but Lee deserves credit for his professional manner and approach to customer service and is a credit to Richard Sanders. Thank you Lee and Richard Sanders for such and amazing, first class service.
