I had a very good experience with NMC. Jamie was excellent, answered all my questions, quickly and politely, helping me every step of the way.

The car was clean, well maintained and I have had no problems with it. It came with MOT, Service and taxed. Can't have asked for a better experience.

Car was worth the 2 hour drive to go and see. My experience wasn’t the best but far from the worst either. Salesman was a bit aggressive especially when it came to trying to negotiate a deal! Not very flexible as the car was due a service and had a short MOT which I was happy to deal with myself but no, I had to do another trip to collect it a week later. Car was serviced but only an interim service when it was due a major (now booked into Ford) but did have an advisory free MOT as promised. Only real let down was the lack of care with official documentation. I got home and found I hadn’t been given the green slip from the log book (so if the new log book gets lost I’m now going to have to pay for a replacement) and the yellow dealer slip from my old car that I traded in to acknowledge receipt. My old car is still showing as taxed so I assume that ownership hasn’t been transferred to the dealer yet. Not very professional from an established dealer that should know what paperwork to supply it’s customers. Oh and the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on as a £300 limit wouldn’t cover very much!
