Brilliant, bought a car from PF carsales and I would recommend you buy from them as their aftersales is second to none, Tom the manager is very understanding and approachable and he will make sure you are well looked after I cant fault them or the car Brilliant service 😀 😉 👍

Not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs. Sold me a mechanical mess and Informed me the car has full service history and it’s all electronic, dealer was closed so could T call them until the following day only to be told the car only has part main dealer history.

*eidit* this is not a fake review. I came to look at the 2016 x5, stop making excuses to defend your already terrible dealership.** Dodgey dealership, most of their cars are accident repaired. I went to purchase a car and it had a terrible paint job, I then looked around at some other cars and they all looked as if they’ve been resprayed, alignments were also out of place. This explains why they are slightly cheaper than other dealerships, it is because they buy cars that have been involved in an accident

Purchased my first car from here, wasnt fully prepped at the time but it was a nice bmw 1 series, needed an mot and a service before it left the forecourt they said, went home after test driving it and leaving a deposit and they said they would call me when its ready, same day got a call back saying that its ready to collect, ended up delivering the car to me as i didnt live far away, only 2 miles down the road, been about a few weeks now and its spot on. Definitely wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from here if they have something i like. Will let my friends know when they pass their test too.

I don’t understand how this place has so many positive reviews. Most likely friends and family. I had the worst after sales experience ever. I had an issue with my car and the dealer said it’s my fault despite giving me a 3 months warranty and they were extremely rude to me. I agree wit the negative reviews actually but it seems like they are responding to all the negative reviews by saying “this is a fake review as we don’t know you”

Purchased a car for 38k from this shabby place in all good faith, only to realise there’s multiple issues with it, accident repaired, engine management light keeps coming on, mileage clocked back, scratches and scuffs that I was not informed about and couldn’t see at the time of collection as it was raining. Refused to give me a refund.

Tried selling me a car that has had a very poor accident repair job done to it. But try to tell me that it’s never been involved in an accident.

Brought a car from PF Car Sales this weekend. Have to say fantastic service - friendly, quick and efficient. Really friendly staff who facilitated a test drive, gave lots of information about the car and addressed any questions or requirements in a professional and helpful way. Would highly recommend. Excellent prices for their cars as well, not overpriced at all! Thank you!
