The Car Warehouse Bridgend

Just bought a Peugeot 2008 from Joseph. The service he gave us was fantastic. Polite.. knowledgeable & everything he said he would do..he did. He kept us up to date at every stage including videos of the car... and gave us a great part ex deal.

The car was immaculate when we collected and I would definitely recommend both Joseph and the dealership.

Well where do I start, fantastic staff , cam, seb, and Liam, they are a asset to the company, yes we had few blips, but the team was on it , nothing is to much trouble for them , no matter what we were asking , they had all the answers, the team were very very well mannered, uniform immaculate, if all sales people were like this team , looking for a car would be stress free 😉

We were looked after by Liam Jacka at the Bridgend branch from start to finish. He and another colleague of his were very thoughtful offering us cool water on the hot days we visited. We also enjoyed the coffee too! Liam was very patience and gave no sales pressure at all. We bought our first electric car from them and the service, preparation and attention was top notch. Big thank you to Liam and and colleagues. 10 out of 10.

I have purchased a Citroën Grand C4 Spacetourer and Cameron was helpful in answering my questions and providing the details over the phone.
However there were a few disappointment after I my purchase. I was not delivered in a truck as agreed, but rather driven over 300 miles to my home. It had a few missing bits such as car manual and boot cover. I had to chase up for the warranty a number of times which was finally sorted by Sebastian. I was offered extra fuel, however the fuel tank was empty when the car was delivered and I was offered £20 reimbursement only. The car is nice, however after sales service could improve.

First time purchasing a car and could not have asked for better. Cameron and Seb in Bridgend were both extremely helpful - everything went smoothly and without hassle.

Had 5* experience from start to finish, liam was very helpful, and kept me informed on my new car, thankyou so much x

Great service...picked me up from the train station had everything in place...friendly and professional all went smoothly.... also checked up on me a couple days later to see if I was ok with the car....thanks again Cameron 10/10
