Just completed my second purchase from BTC. Really helpful guys, very personable, went above and beyond to make sure I got my new car quickly. Good range of vehicles for a small place, without any of the gimmicks and pushiness of bigger garages.

I often check this garage out on my travels, it was a real pleasure to Meet the owner Jason, he took his time showing me and my friend around the four court, he wasn’t in no rush no pressure sales a really nice guy to chat with and very helpful, hopefully I can strike a deal when right vehicle is in stock. Refreshing to go to a sales garage and for the owner to actually give you his time, many garages today don’t offer this warm welcome and help.

Looking to buy our daughter her first car and having no joy until we wandered into Bryncethin motors. Steve was extremely kind and helpful, great customer service, felt very welcome. On picking up the car we met Jason who was just as helpful. Great experience. Would highly recommend others to use them.

My motorcycle needed a jump start just outside of the garage, Gareth kindly offered me to roll the bike in and for him to have a look at it. Within 10 mins the bike was starting and I was on my way again, a great chat with Gareth too whilst sorting this and was very helpful

Read many favourable reviews of Bryncethintradecentre and good for them.
Here's my experience with them.

Had what I thought (live and learn) was a good part-ex deal for a lovely Volvo XC90 R Design towards the purchase of a rather stunning Mercedes ML300 near the end of March. Five weeks later it was in a Mercedes specialist repair shop to fix warning signs requiring 2 speed sensors at a cost of many £'s. Yesterday, two weeks further into my ownership, it is back in the same repair shop for a new brake caliper, disk and pads even though the car came with a brand new MOT. Total cost for both visits... well over £1K. It's difficult to keep calm when you telephone the seller to see what reponse you might receive and, after a lengthy conversation, get told "we are sorry for your inconvenience" and "you are being charged far too much". End of.
Is it just my bad luck as these problems could not be foreseen, having just passed its MOT? Have I bought a good looking dud with other expensive faults in store?
I guess time will tell but we certainly don't have the same looks on the vehicle as we did.
Maybe seven weeks is enough with this money pit and we should cut our potential (but highly likely) losses and get rid of.
Would we buy from Bryncethin Trade Centre again? Mmm...
There we are, I kept my cool
Update 15/12/22
Shocked and disappointed to hear about the problems with the Volvo. I have little mechanical knowledge but I thought the car was running really well when I took it in to you. As you say these things cannot be foreseen. Just as further faults on our Mercedes could not. Another speed sensor replacement in July, during which it was noticed that a rear suspension spring has snapped meaning at the next MOT the car will fail. Rain leaking into the boot area, and has been for some time, hence the rusted and failed tailgate motor. We knew at point of sale that the powered tailgate didn't work, but we weren't informed as to why. Electronic boot lock replacement two weeks ago and today an ABS sensor has had to be replaced. So it transpires that neither of us are particularly happy with our transaction.

Loving my new (old) Car perfect for my needs and the right price too ! Got the trade-in money I wanted for my old one . Good friendly service cleared all basic details over the phone . Then went for a test drive . The car was MOT before I drove it home . And the on phone quote for my (un seen) trade in was kept when we exchanged keys. Helpful advice . this is the second car I have bought From them and still happy two years later . I will be buying a 3rd in future.

"I recently bought a VW van from Bryncethin Trade Centre and the professionalism, helpfulness and care shown by Gareth was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he stood by his word - a rare experience nowadays. Definitely recommend."
