Made the effort to travel from Bristol to Wales and was glad we did! Owner was relaxed letting us browse with no hassle or obligations, answering our many questions and offering advice. We felt confident to purchase our car and would visit again.

I bought the car 6 weeks back and have covered just under 4000 miles already! Car has driven faultlessly and was exactly what I wanted. Perfectly described and excellent service, thanks again guys!

AWFUL! I would advise anyone NOT to buy a car from this garage. No service history, no v5 , only 1 key (not even an original). Poor communication - owner will not return my calls. Made to feel it is my fault for not checking the history before hand! Now I have a 3 year old car with 2 years manufacturer's warranty now void! The website states they pride themselves on trust... ????

From my very first contact with Ed the salesman at Carrera Cars in Aberdare was beyond excellent, He helped me sort my finance and helped choose a car that suited my needs.
There is not one negative thing I could say during my transaction with this dealership, They are excellent and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
I'd lost all confidence in cars and dealerships recently but Carrera Cars changed all that and I would definitely purchase another car in the future from them.

I've used local car dealers all my life when i needed to replace my vans, but ive never experienced such a wonderful pair of knowledgeable guys, their professional approach was way ahead of any other car dealers ive experienced before, from start to finish thier level of detail around all aspects of my van purchase was excellent. I will be recommend them to all my friends and family.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! All politeness and charm when looking and purchasing a car but soon changed once a problem was brought to their attention. Extremely poor communication and blaming third party external garages that they had used rather than trying to resolve the issue.
Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Citizens advice reported the issue to Trading standards not us, and as for claiming they ruled in your favour we both know this isn’t true! It was because they couldn’t proceed with a criminal conviction but told us to take civil action. We are currently still waiting on a reply from yourself to the last letter we sent.
