I stopped buying from traders and opted for private purchases in the last 7 years or so due to bad experiences. Lee provided a great service and was honest about the car I was purchasing had a few issues. The issues were fixed in time for me to pick up. Part ex valuation about my car was decent too. I will definitely pay a visit again once I am ready for another car.

A very good experience! I purchased a Mercedes C-class and my wife purchased a Renault captur, they sorted us out with good finance packages that suited both our budgets, we hit a small issue with the Mercedes but Jeff and Lee were completely supportive throughout, giving me options to get the problem rectified and quite honestly bent over backwards compared to other car salesman I have had dealings with in the past at other garages. They both had a positive attitude throughout and even with the issue, they both made the transaction as easy and stress free as possible! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good quality car give them a shout and check out the website 🙂

Car was very reasonable and Jeff was helpful with sorting out finance for us. Gave us space to inspect the car and check we were happy.

Unfortunately the car had a problem a week later (complete fluke) and Jeff was great, he sorted out getting the car fixed in our local area so we didn’t have to drive back to wales. Issue was resolved efficiently and fairly.

Service from the sale of the car and after sales has been good, highly recommend!

After reading reviews and wondering what would happen if something went wrong, well hears your answer. Our car has a fault on it 2 weeks after purchase, i panicked all night ready for a terrible phone call this am and a battle to get it sorted, but to the guys at lcmc i can only thank you. You put me at ease that it can be sorted with no bother the guys i spoke to where really helpful and for that im so grateful.

Travelled down from the Midlands to view an Astra Twin Top. Exactly as described in the advert and when speaking with Lee. Great car, great specification and great price.

Both Lee and Jeff were very helpful and no pressure selling whatsoever (and I work in Sales!) Very pleased with the car and the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending LCMC.

We will be back when it's time for a change of that there is no doubt

We bought a car from here. We had a pleasant experience with no pressure placed on us to buy. The only improvement would be to have more info on the warranty offered. We only got this when actually buying the car itself on the day. Other than that the car seems to be in good working condition. Will possibly upgrade this to 5 stars after its MOT in September if all goes well.

Update:
A month and a half later after the tyre pressure sensor going off three times, got the tyres checked and 2 nails in the front left and the rears both have cracks in the tyre tread. I very much doubt that's all happened in a month and a half. Tried to phone them, number now invalid also their website is now not working. Very fishy to me. If they are still operating avoid!!! Will update if I can get hold of them but looks like they have vanished at the moment.

Contacted them about a Nissan juke and put £100 deposit down. Confirmed it was going to have an MOT before it was delivered to me. Was contacted to say the engine management light has come on and they were going to get a part for it after that I had no communication and no one answered emails or phone calls. Not good really as I had been waiting weeks to collect this car. Finally got hold of someone and they didn’t even tell me if the juke had been fixed or not so I ended up asking for my deposit back as I wasn’t going to buy a car from this company.
Bought a amazing car from a company in Stroud no problem.

Purchased a lovely disco from here. Unfortunately developed a minor intermittent fault (common with that model) which the aftermarket warranty wouldn’t cover but LCMC kindly (and immediately) agreed to cover this repair at my local garage. Impressed with the after sales service and love my new car.
