Really good guys, I was after a car and someone had already put deposit down, but gave me first refusal and were true to their word. Next day I got the call and that night I bought my car. Arrived with new MOT and New service. The car is in mint condition, and I love it. The whole experience was really great. Good friendly team, as a woman on my own turning up I got treated well and whole thing was super relaxed etc :)

Luke was very welcoming when he came to pick me up at the station. He made me felt at home even I have never visited Cardiff. he directed me and did everything as discussed over the phone. Paper work was done, new MOT and engine was serviced. The whole vibe was great and I enjoyed myself in their lounge. I will recommend them to anyone and I am happy with their service.

My son bought his first car from here on finance over 4 years. He had been looking for the right car for months. Brought it home and was making a weird noise. Took it back they said was just exhaust and fixed it. Scroll forward just 7 months and he's paid out £860 as the clutch went and some 'coils were put on upside down causing damage to the suspension?' That was 2 weeks ago. Friday his car broke down again. We had it towed to a local garage. Cam belt has snapped. Another £1500 for a new engine. He can't scrap it or get rid of it as its on finance. I'm gutted for him and would never buy a car from here again. We didn't even know what a cam belt was until this happened. Please take a second to advise your paying customers if one of the cars you are selling has never had its cam belt changed. We would have paid to have it changed had we known.

Recently bought a BMW X5 from Coopers Car Sales and can say that both Luke and Lewys made the whole process as painless as possible. They valued our car before we headed down as we live over 2.5 hours away. The new car had a brand new MOT and service before we collected. They made us feel welcome on arrival and my daughter loved the waiting room! Having had the BMW for a little while a few issues reared their ugly head as can be expected from an 11 year old car, however again a great service from Coopers who sorted them immediately with no fuss. Would definitely recommend Coopers car sales to friends family etc and will be going back again thank you for an easy sale and purchase :)

The car dealer comments the usual comment that they don't have my name in their purchase record.
Well, you need to check your records correctly.
I purchased the car online and it was shipped to me.
The purchase process went very smoothly, the car general condition is ok. But the seller did not show the imperfections of the car like a long dent on the car wing.
The car was extremely dirty. I even found some coins under the rear seats. The boot was full of dog hair. The car was too smelly.

Recently bought a Range Rover Evoque. The car was beautifully presented, very clean throughout with Service, new MOT and two new front tyres fitted. Luke and Wayne were a pleasure to deal with. Would give Cooper’s my custom again.

A really pleasant experience purchasing my new Yaris gr from Luke. So easy and after a long train journey he picked me up from the station. Thank you. Highly recommend. 👍
