Great service and really helpful staff. Ben found us the perfect holiday let in a beautiful location, and one which accepted dogs which was a must for us. We've booked our next break in north Wales through him, which we're really looking forward to. We will definitely use Great Escapes Wales again... highly recommended!

We booked Caretaker's cottage for a holiday with our 4 year old and parents. The booking process was smooth. I was sent all the information in advance.

The cottage was very nice & clean and is in beautiful surroundings. Ralph was very welcoming. He left us with wine, coffee and chocolate brownies which was very appreciated :-).

Cottage has two double beds and a sofa bed. It also has a single folding bed. The only disadvantage was no phone signal. But apart from phone signal issues, we had wonderful stay!

Great selection of holiday cottages across North Wales. Found a gem in an amazingly idyllic location, which did not disappoint and was dog friendly.

Had some initial issues locating the key and entering the property in the dark, but the Great Escape guys were very helpful and attentive. A really nice bunch of people with a 'can do' attitude.

I stayed at a lovely cottage on the Llŷn Peninsula in May this year with my wife and my 2 boys (6&4).

It was a wonderful property, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a perfect location for us to travel around and take in the breathtaking surroundings. So peaceful and calm and just a couple of minutes walk to the sea.

Benjamin at Great Escapes was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area and was always available over the phone if we had any questions.

Thank you so much for providing such a peaceful, and tranquil place for us to stay, your recommendation was perfect.

The cottage is a true hidden gem, we will visit again!

Over the last 5 years we have booked to stay at several different properties through Great Escapes Wales and we have never been disappointed. The standard of accommodation is always high & the customer service is second to none.

This summer we stayed at Waters Edge, in Deganwy and found both the location & the property itself to be first class, it was ideally located for walks & restaurants, and we would definitely recommend a stay here!

So thanks once again to Ben and his team & we are already looking forward to booking our holiday for next year!

No matter how nice the property is, I would never book with Great Escapes Wales again. I would advise others to take great caution when dealing with Ben Griffin, as he showed a lack of integrity when trying to deceive me by changing the property website page and claiming it had been like that when I booked. When I caught him out in his deceit, he stopped responding to my emails and I haven't heard from him since

The views from this property of Conwy Castle and the harbour are stunning, night and day. A large property with two bathrooms which makes a stay in a large group very comfortable. Lots of little extras provided and free chips on arrival. We were very happy 😊

Big thanks to Ben and the Great Escapes team for getting us in a great property. We had a wonderful time and thank you Ben for picking up the phone and directing us to some fantastic local restaurants. Can't wait till next year.
