located exactly opposite the selfridges, high cost products. I already knew what product I was planning to buy, I asked the shop assistant directly. he didn't even briefly explain a £ 500 product (it looks like they are pennies) the worst customer support I've ever had. not even a comment, not even an explanation, nothing at all. a luxury shop with indescribable service. the worst I've ever visited.

I lost the controller to my Dyson fan. I phoned customer services and was answered within a few seconds - no recorded nonsense about unusually high call volume. Bravo Dyson! A really helpful woman offered to send me another controller under warranty, even though this was obviously my fault. Then we found that my warranty had just expired, but she sent a free controller anyway. Superb customer service.

I love my Dyson products, this review is specifically for my newly bought V10 Cyclone. Keeps my house looking clean, and all the carpets/rugs spotless. I currently have it in a temporary position but will be shopping for the V10 Dok!

I decided to go into the store the buy the airwrap today instead of going online as I wanted to see and try the product out beforehand. I have to say it is the worst shopping experience I have had in Bond Street. First we needed to queue for 5-10 minutes before going into the shop while the shop is not busy at all. I wouldn’t say the doorman was friendly but I thought maybe they wanted to provide better customer services so they limit the people they serve at one time. I went to the till and asked for help, a saleslady unwillingly showed me how it work and didn’t bother to introduce the product at all - When I asked questions she would give the shortest possible answer and just want you to pay and leave asap. This is my first time in this shop and I am sure it will be the last time too. Dyson need to improve their staff training and customer services as it is not acceptable for a high end brand to offer this level of services. It was truly appalling

I'm so happy with the staff at Dyson, specifically Bashier. He was amazing at customer service - Explained how to use the device on my hair. He was gentle, very informative and patient. He should get a raise! Thank you so much for such an amazing service.

I just went to Dyson Oxford st. Bashir the team leader helped me with my query within five minutes and even called customer services to arrange my parts. Super nice guy. Great store great team Leader. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks 🙏

I booked to have a blow dry in October, on my 4a Afro textured hair My stylist Yianna was highly experienced, friendly and a knowledgeable (which not many are with Afro textured hair!).

Yianna washed my hair and followed up with a demonstration of the hairdryer and hair brush, but the hair dryer with attachments was better suited to my hair and needs.

I was blessed to be gifted with the hairdryer at Christmas gift from my partner and it really is amazing.

dyson southhampton, julianne gave me an amazing demo with the corrals. was originally stuck on the air wrap but she has changed my mind! the corrals works wonders!! get it!
