NEVER AGAIN!
Left my electric car in the car park with 41% level for a week. Bring my own car to the terminal with EMPTY 1-2%!!! The nearest charging station from the terminal is 5mi... The nearest charger from the parking 0.5 mi...
So need to drive 5mi really carefully, slow and without heating. 2 adult and 1 INFANT (18 months old!!!) in a cold car and risk to running out of juice every second.
They heating running at 30°C in electric car. incredible...
Mud everywhere on driver side (and side on dash).
Thank you, NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT USE! A total scam of a company. We had to wait over 40minutes at pick up and drop off with two small children despite calling far in advance. Our return was at 11.30pm so traffic could not be used as an excuse. Lady at the other end of the phone was completely useless and unhelpful. Said the car was about to arrive and then 10 minutes later said the driver had gone home sick. Complete liars!

Who knows we’re the cars are kept, it certainty is not nearby.

DO NOT USE!

Avoid. I emailed these people in advance with my modified arrival time, date and flight number on a working day. Never showed up. Eventually called and was told that my email had not been passed on. I had to coax driver to bring my car in return for dropping him off. On the way I saw their parking lot and trust me, it's just a plot of muddy land with a single barrier. You would not want to park your car there, ever.

Anyhow I was promised by Matt and Amos that I will be part refunded. Several phone calls and emails later by a very rude Ahmed and Yasmin I was informed that it was my fault as I did not provide flight number at booking.

In spite of highlighting the fact that I emailed them in advance of my arrival with the particulars, they refuse to acknowledge and reply with the same prefabricated answers. The instructions on my booking receipt clearly state that if there is any change in arrival, just update them which I did via email.

Turned up nobody manning the email bothered to inform Matt, the pick up agent, which clearly shows the level of business.

There are a lot of positive reviews and I am sure that a lot of customers were satisfied, but let me warn you, should something go wrong, these people will not owe upto it. Spend an extra quid on true professionals.

Second their parking facilities are third rate, just an open stretch of land with your vehicles exposed to the elements. Now that I know where they dump our cars, next time I'm in the vicinity I will post pics.

I called 20 minutes before arriving at the airport for departure as required. I was told to go to T5 drop-off, and someone would be there in 20 minutes.

After arriving, and waiting for 10 minutes longer, I called the office to check on the drivers status.

I had to call a number of times more to do the same.

After waiting for 50 minutes, I was worried about missing my flight, as I still had to drop my bag and did not know how long the security queue was.

I was told that the driver was stuck in traffic. It actually turned out that another customer had 'let down' the driver, and that delayed him getting upstairs to meet me.

My complaint is not about the late driver, as problems do happen. My complaint is about the customer service that I received.

The call handlers in the office really could not care that I was waiting so long, and just told me that it was not their problem. They really did not try to help or reassure me at all, and said that it would not be their fault if I was to miss my flight.

The customer support was very rude. If some effort to make me feel like I was informed and that the issue was being taken care of was made, it would of made a huge difference. Instead, the support made me more anxious, as I really felt that I was stuck, and this company did not care to help me at all. They made me feel like it was somehow my fault.

In the end, I was waiting at the airport drop off for 1 hour 10 minutes

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID... Happy Days is a number of different named parking vendors. Our meet and greet was terrible. Told to take car somewhere different from where the instructions on the site said. Had to wait for someone to take the car, they refused to take photos there and then... On our return they took 30 minutes to return the car... DAMAGED on front & back. After about 6 weeks of rarely returned phone calls, they finally agreed to pay for the scratch repair on our 1 year old car, but only with 'chips away'. Weirdly they did not want the insurance companies nor the police involved. No shock there after everything we witnessed... Awaiting the transfer of cash before we go ahead with booking the repair... Do yourself a favour and book the official parking people!

Absolutely atrocious, this company needs shutting down. We had to wait for over 1 hour for our car to be returned and when it finally did come back, it had 52 extra miles on the clock, the wing mirror was cracked and my phone charger and cable were missing. The driver tried to claim he had got lost on the way to the airport. How can a person driving multiple times a day to the airport get lost. Nonsense. He couldn't explain where our phone charger had gone and of course knew nothing about how the wing mirror became cracked. Don't touch this company with a barge pole, really wish I'd checked these reviews before booking, but as they are listed on various parking websites and we used them last year, we assumed they were reputable. My husband called and asked to speak with a manager while we were driving home and they just put us on hold but forgot to mute the phone and we could hear them laughing at us, before they hung up telling us we were complaining to try and get a refund and they knew our game of trying to scam them. Absolutely appalling attitude and service, run by people that do not care. I broke down in tears and my husband had to drive the rest of the journey home with a tired three year old and one year old wondering what was going on. One of the phone numbers we called when trying to find out where the hell our car was belonged to the previous owner (it turns out they "sold" the company at the beginning of the year to a company called Priority UK Travel, if we believe him) and said they were nothing to do with Happy Days because they had been shut down by the police because their drivers were stealing from cars! I spoke with somebody else who said the company had already been shut down by the council and was no longer trading(?) officially and are now parking cars on public roads. He gave me the phone number of the old company director who refuses to answer our calls and just directs us to a phone number that goes directly to voicemail. Very angry that they think they can treat us like this and get away scot-free. I wish we had checked before we booked, the rating on the parking website has to be fake. I feel so bad for anybody who's in the same position as us and only finds out about how this company operate when they Google search them whilst waiting for their car to be returned. Best of luck to anybody reading this. Sarah x

Definitely recommend Happy Days! Friendly, efficient, very cost effective.

Arrival, parking and transfer were seamless; our driver was really nice and got us to T5 in good time. The minibus was also clean and comfortable.

Our return flight was delayed so the team arranged for a free upgrade to have our car brought to us. A nice touch and the guys dropping the car off were again really friendly and professional.

The car was well looked after and the parking is very secure. We'll use Happy Days again in the future!

Thanks team. Happy days :-)

One star is one too many. They were late collecting the car from Heathrow at the start of holiday and so far will be at least 1 and a half hours late in delivering car back. Yes that's 90mins after I called them to say we had cleared customs.
Eventually I have spoken to the driver. He agrees that the company is atrocious. I for one won't be using them again. That's if I get my car back now!
