Professional, courteous and efficent staff in the front office and in the Gryffindor outpost in the car park... The tail lift van I rented for 24 hour was immaculately clean inside and out. Don't forget a phone charger - there were all manner of charging points in the one I used. I would definitely rent from U-Drive again.

Needed a small van to pick sofa up from Southampton one night this week and it was sorted within an hour or so. Brand new vw transporter with 2002 miles on the clock and I can honestly say it was the best van I’ve ever driven and was perfect for the job. Polite and extremely helpful staff in the office and out the back. Very cheap hire and cheap deposit, would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again no problem. Thank you so much for helping me out at such short notice.

Booked a small car & was presented with a Citroen C3 which was a great, economical car with plenty of room for 4 adults.
Service on collection & drop off was courteous & swift.
No hard sell with extra insurance.
A really good experience, we would use again & definitely recommend.
