Do not use.

Simple.

I returned the van. In acceptable (according to their report) condition. Even had a surprise inspection 3 days before I returned it however after receiving the report they invoiced me for £1000 worth of damages.
The vehicle has a scratch on the front wing which was slightly indented. Max damage was £200. They won’t allow me to get a quote from an alternative body repair shop.
As they work with logistic companies they have you bent over to be able to manipulate you for money and there isn’t much you can do. There are dozens of more reputable companies than these guys.

It’s pretty much a scam how they extract money from customers.

Be vary wary.

Please Avoid this company. The things they do and charge for non-existent damage is nothing short of criminal. The staff are about as happy as a funeral gathering and you get nothing but attitude over the phone, which is a little bit mind boggling considering what they get away with and make from their customers on a daily basis.. be very careful when off hiring and make sure you take a lot of photos as they have a nasty habit of finding "damage" just save yourself the hassle and find a different company to rent from.

I also find it very interesting they are not members of the BVRLA which means they have no code of conduct to adhere to.

Please do not use I hired a van for 2 week when I took it back to off hire was a few scratches on the passenger side mirror casing. I've just received a bill for 95 pound and I bet they don't even fix it...... When hiring they show you the damaged areas on the just wonder how many people get charged for damages and they don't even repair it

Renter Beware***

Please do not rent from this company. Simple.

They have stolen my deposit. They do not respond to emails or calls.

Extremely unprofessional company.

To add; I had friends use this company.. they did damage they’re van. They paid up. However, Indigo do not even use the money to fix the van.. they just keep the money and put the van back on the road.

Stay clear of this company.

Off hired van, scuff to offside mirror case due to tree overgrowth on roads, guy said unavoidable really, brand new they cost £10.95, charged £50, slight dent to rear door caused by someone falling off a bike by the looks as the rubber was marked down paintwork still which I washed off, had a professional body shop quote me repair damage and labourer, £150 tops I was told, company charge me £225. How these figures are thought up is beyond belief, will never use this company again or advise anyone to either.

Off-hired a van, probably cleaner that it was when I hired it initially, no further damages highlighted or charged on the report sheet. 2 weeks to the day later I get an e-mail with an invoice for over £2300 for "new damages". When i collected the van it had damage on the under-side, causing the sliding door not to close correctly.

Keep away! Read all of the reviews (not the fake 5 stars) and you will see what you are getting into, if you are considering using their services.

They make money by charging insane money when you return the van, not while you use it.

No customer service, ignoring calls and emails for weeks.

Even there is nobody in the office when you return the van, they ask you to leave it and then they do inspections without you, be aware of that, thats when spare wheels are disappearing and damages are being checked which will be hundreds of pounds.

Also prices went up and vans gone worse, you pay big money for the cheap empty vans, at least all of them still have electric windows, don't expect more.

Worst experience ever. Same,as loads of drivers are reporting. You sign off on minor damage but it then escalates to substantial. The bill is £2591. No way for us to verify the damage. Nothing done to repair sliding door after numerous complaints.
