Fleetway Rentals

I hired a van from Fleetway Rentals when I moved house after hearing their advert on the radio. Their prices were really really good and I thought whats the catch?....Well I can tell you there wasn't one. I was greeted by a professional well run office where the staff knew what they were doing, how refreshing! I inspected the van and was very impressed, it was less than a year old and it was immaculate! I was relieved as I thought this might be where they let themselves down, but they didn't. All the important details about payment, refueling, return time for the van etc were explained to me very well by the lady on the desk and so I could actually understand it, no jargon! Well done Fleetway, definitely a returning customer here!

I recently needed a van to move house and another local rental company let us down at the last minute. We rang Fleetway Rentals and they were so helpful and provided us a vehicle to move at short notice. Nothing was to much trouble and the van was immaculate and new. The price was even cheaper than the company who let us down! The whole rental process was smooth and everything was explained to us. The gentleman who showed us around the vehicle took the time to go through the controls and we were taken around the vehicle to confirm pre existing damage and images were taken. I would 100% recommend Fleetway Rentals and will definitely be using them all this time. Professional, efficient and great choice of vehicles.

I have been hiring from Fleetway Rentals for the last 2 years and I can honestly say that I have had nothing but a great service from them! The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and always have my vehicle ready and waiting for me on arrival. They know my preferences and do all they can to allocate me the vehicle of choice.

During one of my hires I had a minor incident and scratched the front bonnet. I was so worried that the bill would be a lot however Fleetway Rentals went out of their way to ensure the cost of the repair was competitive (believe me I did check myself) and they advised they would arrange for a Smart repair as this was the cheapest way of doing it and the scratch qualified for this type of repair apparently. I would never of known this myself. They are so honest and kept me informed through out.

Like I say I have all my vehicles from them and I would not go anywhere else. I am amazed by the small amount of negative reviews on here. I have every confidence in the professional and transparent way they manage their business and every time I am in there collecting my vehicle they are all ways busy so this must tell you something!

Don't be put off by the small amount of negative reviews, I believe if you damage a vehicle why should you not pay for it, you would if it was your own vehicle! This company are so competitive if they let all damage by customers go how do you think they could keep their prices so low!

Every time I hire I am pointed out the terms and conditions and what I am responsible for.

Hired again over Easter and yet again a great service! Some of the reviews on here really do not reflect truly and great service which is consistent.

I had a breakdown in my car and Fleetway Rentals saved the day. They came out to me immediately and gave me a car whilst mine was off the road. Yet another great service.

I receive consistently great service and really cannot recommend them enough!!!

Even when I cause minor damage to the vehicle, they did everything they could to keep the cost to me to a minimum and the process was professional and transparent.

I needed to use a van to move my brother to his new place and I still am so happy with the service and the staff at fleetway. So professional and friendly. Always ensure I am aware of the vehicle and how everything works. Nothing is too much problem and the van was in such great condition I had no worries about putting my brothers worldly possessions in it....
will be using them again!!!!!

Used this company for the first time, lady behind the counter was nice. The guy that cleans the vans had a very bad attitude when i dropped the van back. Claimed i had left stone in the van and that he wanted to charge me a valet fee. I disagreed with him and while mid conversation he just walked off. The man was extremely rude, I said it was no problem and i would collect anything (even though i had already moped the van out)
I asked him if he had a brush which he said he didn't have one which was a complete lie. I told him i was going to leave a bad review because off his attitude and in his wisdom told me thanks any publicity is good publicity. Good job this guy only cleans the vans, shame for the company though. Wouldn't use again

Smooth rental from start to finish. Competitive prices, good vehicle availability and friendly, efficient staff. Comprehensive but swift pre and post rental inspection. Overall definitely a 5 star service.

Made a booking 3 months ago for a van, which you would have thought is enough notice. Advisor guaranteed vehicle was going to be available for dates specified only to recieve an email yesterday saying my booking has been cancelled due to someone else extending their hire. Very unprofessional, and also would not answer the phone to rectify situation. Now ive been left with a week to sort out new transport which if you know with vans is going to be a struggle. Avoid at all costs

Having experienced various other vehicle rental companies in the past, I can only commend Fleetway on their professionalism and high level of customer service. A smooth transaction from start to finish with Vikki providing a first class level of service to make things as easy as possible. I will definitley be utilising Fleetways vehicles again in the future.

I ordered a van from Fleetway after a friend said she had used them.
I reviewed various companies prices and Fleetways's Rates were the best I could find. I was a bit unsure what the van was going to be like as prices were so good but I have to say the Van was like new with only 4,900 miles on the clock. The van was ready on arrival and check in was quick and easy with driving licence and utility bill with home address. I was then shown around the van which was immaculate and given instruction again clear and just enough for what you need. Van was easy to drive and what it said it was. Check in was also easy and quick and Tracy i think was her name on the desk was really pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to friends not only for price but also for service and quality of vehicle. Hope this is helpful if you are looking for a van.
