Highly recommend this company. We booked online half an hour before we collected the vehicle and service was excellent from start to finish. Price was more than reasonable and the car itself was fantastic. Brian and his staff provided exceptional and friendly service. Brian went over and above by dropping us off to our hotel on his way home because there was a delay in us getting a taxi - you can’t get much better service than that! Thanks again Brian.

Easy to hire and drive. Vans were tidy, clean and a breeze to drive. Brian made the process quick and simple and made sure you were happy with everything before you set off. Return was also easy and quick. Would definitely recommend and will use again for our next camp.

After having my van rental cancelled on the day of rental by a big name company, I came across Brian and Practical rentals. It was a bank holiday Monday, so I was truly in trouble, but Brian came to the rescue!
One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Brian is an absolutely lovely person and went above and beyond to help us in our dire situation. The nicest van I have ever driven and all at a very reasonable price. Communication with Brian was excellent and this experience has far exceeded anything I have gotten elsewhere.

Hired a Luton Van from Practical Car and Van Rental for 24hrs for a house move. Slick website and good value for money. The van was modern, clean and fully fuelled. The demo was informative. I would recommend if you need a car or van in Cambridge.

Booked last minute but that was no problem for the team in Cambridge. VERY friendly, made me and my girlfriend feel very comfortable and the Van we received was in excellent condition. I would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a car or van. We will use them in the future for sure! 👍

Hire a short wheel base van on 2 different occasions from Practical and all I can say that everything went smoothly and that your rental company is highly recommended and also very good value. Moreover I forgot some items in the van and I was promptly called to pick up the item. Thanks again!
