I needed a van to move house, this company was conveniently located and very competitively priced.

They provided a friendly and helpful service, and they were happy to store my car overnight despite limited space.

I hired a Ford Transit Luton van with tail lift on Saturday 24th September, may I say what a pleasure it was to deal with such a professional company. They made everything easy which was good due to the stresses of moving house. The vehicle was perfect, the load space was clean and best of all they have a 24 hour drop off facility which is handy when you've got work the following day. I can't praise this company highly enough, I will definitely use Fyna Vehicle Hire again.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Use someone responsible!!!! Cannot believe how they conduct their business. Imagine this - My wife, with 3 kids had a car hired for today at 9. Get there to be told that it isn't there. Don't contact beforehand. Just wait until she gets there. Then tells us someone else still has it and won't get it until midday. But that's not the worst part - he then decides that this hire is 'not working out for us' and cancels it!!!! Yes, kids waiting to go to the seaside and he tells us that we should go elsewhere because he can see this isn't going to be a good hire FOR HIM!!! Unbelievable.
I tried to reason with him too and he was obtuse and obstructive - with bo interest in doing anything else other than suggest other places we might get a car and get off the phone as quickly as possible.
Do yourself a favour, skip the hassle and stress, and hire someone professional who has more than one car when someone doesn't bring it back. Don't fall for the 'local' angle that we thought we were going for. We're disgusted.

Have hired a van from here twice now vans always clean, explainations helpful, and staff very helpful especially our second time of hiring due to the fact that the day of van return my husband was admitted to hospital as an emergency for life saving surgery, staff were so helpful and understanding and came and collected the van for us. Thank you all. Will definatly use again and recommend. 😊🚛.

Fast efficient service. Paperwork only takes a few minutes as long as you bring everything.
