Lovely little friendly shop I always feel welcome both the owner and the manager Tim are very nice guys customer service 10/10 helpfulness 10/10 prices 10/10 plenty of variety with the liquids, lots of different mods and they have a nice comfy sofa so if you have time to kill you can just sit in and chill. I live 12 miles away from this shop and I prefer going there than at my local as it's much better probably the best I've visited since I've been vaping if I could give this shop 10 stars then I would.

Excellent customer service from Chetan today. I basically lost my head for my VOOPOO Drag S and they had some in stock luckily enough. Chetan went the extra mile to not only provide what I needed but to help me fill the head with the 'Juice' too!

I visited today, having not been here before but knowing more or less what I wanted. The staff were very welcoming and pitched the information given at the right level, explaining the pros and cons of each option. I will definitely use them again.

This place has been consulted on by two very experienced and well connected people in the vape industry, the staff themselves are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All the products in the shop are brilliant and of great quality. I've been to this shop multiple times as a regular and have seen all the staff members and they're all very professional and kind so you will be well looked after. 15/10 shop.

Amazing experience. The staff are incredibly knowledge and provide great customer service. Today I was served by Menal, he was very helpful and knew his stuff even though he's new. Will definitely come again!
