Medusa Juice

I have used this shop quite a few times and always been top lads and good service. However today was a different experience. few months ago I went in and purchased a new Cube 80w mod as the usb charging point meant the old one would not charge. Anyway after only a couple of months if that the device also was not charging. I have been vaping for 7 years and have had many many devices mtl and mods and know what I am doing and am careful charging and use the correct plug and lead. The chap said I had to leave it with him for the day to see. When I went back he said it was charged, which was great but odd. I bought another plug as thought that may be it and took it home. Was fine then today a few weeks after I got it back the same thing happened. I took it back to the shop and after close inspection said the usb point was broken. I said this is surely a a fault as second time on same devices and using it correctly. They then said they were not sure they would cover that for a replacement which again considering its a fault seems harsh. Then said if I had the receipt they would look into it. I said i dont have this but as the chap knew me and he was the one who sold me the device surly I didnt need to prove I bought it there. Also could show payment on my banking app? I also said I would pay £35 more against a more expensive device if that helped.Bottom line he said no receipt no help. Really disappointed as they sold it to me and will now have to email the company that made the device. Could have had an upsell out of me which would have suited both parties. I wont now be using this store again.

Excellent service! I only ordered yesterday and they arrived today, really unexpected, I ordered from another supplier a few weeks ago and they took over a week to arrive.

I came in after work yesterday, so happy they are open abit later.

Bought mod from this shop it leaked badly ,took it back after 2 days they said it was fine. Makes me sound like a liar.
Won't go there again. £50 OUT OF POCKET.
