My furbaby was terminally ill, the service and care we all recieved was next to none, I can't fault the care and advice given and the gracious way Mollee was allowed to go across the bridge with dignity and love, as did Jasper over a year ago. Thank you for the best service ever, totally recommended without any doubts. Today 2years later I took Bonnie our new rescue for skin irritation, fabulous help and reassurances yet again.

Cant sing the praises loud enough for these vets. My puppy was really ill this week and they cared and looked after her to make her better. Also my older dog was sick and the vet there was so kind without being over kind. Teddy is now well again thanks to him.

This should really be no stars. I was shocked this week to hear that my late Step Father in laws beloved German Shepherd dog had been put to sleep at this practice by his Sister who had decided to take his dog in after 2 re-homing placements had fallen through and after one day decided she couldn't keep her and was able to come to the vets and have her put to sleep. We feel very let down as she was in perfect health, not aggressive in any way, just grieving for her owner who passed away 3 months ago. When I telephoned I was told they couldn't give me any details for confidentiality reasons but they can let a distant relative come in and take such drastic action. My step Father in Law left clear instructions in his will for his dog to be looked after and she was let down by the Cinnamon Trust, his Sister and now the Vets.

Wish I lived nearer. Best vets I ever had, will never be able to replace them. Current vet ok but not the same standard. Thanks for being there when I needed you

Took my rabbit here last week, saw Nigel - what can I say……a great vet and absolute gentleman. Very professional and detailed in his assessment. Gave me complete confidence and the bill was very reasonably priced. Would recommend as the best vets I have ever been to.

I must say that the service and care for our dog have been very good. They genuinely care for the animals they look after.

Recommended my cat was put down. Brought him home and 18 months later he’s still with us and fine. Vet was incredibly rude too when confronted about it.

Never going here again and would not recommend to anyone , the lack of care that the vets have shown towards a 4 month old kitten was unbelievable, medicated him without any tests done which resulted in my kitten having a high fever which could have potentially been fatal, paid around £700/£800 to then not receive any explanation or an answer about what’s wrong with my pet just assumptions and that’s it. Moved to a different veterinarian and the paid tests that were done in the Kirton clinic were not sent over which didn’t allow the other vet to make a precise second opinion, when called to ask for the tests to be sent to me they refused saying that can’t be done due to me moving clinics to which I said in that case my new vet should have received the results yesterday and they are still not there.. At Kirton vets my kitten was seen by 4 different surgeons which resulted in no conclusion after my pet has had extreme diarrhoea for a month straight which resulted in him now being extremely underweight and sick when the initial problem was mild diarrhoea when given wet food (potential food intolerance). Would not recommend whatsoever, everyone has good and bad experiences but when there’s more bad than good it can’t be a coincidence.
