This is a good vets practice. They were extremely helpful getting my cats booster vaccines when a previous practice let me down repeatedly. I had them moved over and booked in within the week. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy to make appointments, and good communication. The vet was really good with my cats and had a great rapport with them. Would definitely recommend.

Took my dog Chipper here for a second opinion after having an x-ray elsewhere and not really getting anywhere with his injury. The vet was so lovely and caring, taking the time to explain everything in detail and helped ensure he was comfortable when being examined. Really pleased we made the decision to come here - thank you!

Can't praise them high enough. Most lovely vet and veterinary nurse. Know their stuff and explain it very well whilst also also ensuring you understand.

I've been so delighted with the care and attention from this practice. One of my cats needed to lose weight and, following the annual booster appointment, I was able to get her weight checked and receive advice at two free 'weight loss clinic' appointments. After trying a few things we have succeeded with her weight loss and the vet was very kind and supportive at the appointments and in following up to check the nutritional values in her feeding plan. I was very impressed with this free service, which demonstrates real care for my cat's wellbeing.

My family have used Beech vets at Willington and Etwall for about 8 years and I have to say they are brilliant. All the staff go above and beyond and really care, as a family we have had happy times with new puppies and kittens and unfortunately some sad times and these wonderful people have seen us through these with care and support. They are quite simply brilliant.

I went with my 8-week-old puppy, on Friday and had the most positive experience. I was a little nervous about taking him out of the house for such a long time, but I needn't have worried. The receptionist was warm and friendly and could have not been more welcoming to us. There was also a nurse there too; she was also very friendly and welcoming. The vet was lovely and put me at ease- she was informative and explained everything carefully and clearly and answered all my niggling questions and completely reassured me.

The service we received was exceptional!
