Cannot rate poorly enough. Poor care led to removal of my dogs eye when it could have been saved. Terribly handling of my concerns and non existent aftercare by the team.
If you have any concerns about your dogs eyes then go straight to a specialist, do not rely on Three Rivers Vets having the answers or the expertise to help, they will likely muddle through then end up remote eye.
Complaints procedure also concerning, complete denial of any wrongdoing despite it being abundantly obvious.
There are better vets than others there, but I wouldn't ever take my chances with them again.
I was previously with Companion Care at Pets at Home and will be returning there after this debacle.

We've recently moved to the three rivers practice for our cat and dog and I have been very impressed so far. The vet was very thorough in comparison to our previous vet. The receptionist and I think veterinary nurse who were at the front desk were super friendly too.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else they are the best vets

Visited the Poringland branch for Bob's vaccinations. The practice is very bright and friendly. The vet we had was informative and thorough with Bob's check up and also stated the prices.

£52 just to see the Dog first without anything else..So experience to have a
animals now

I was made to feel welcome when I arrived. The vet was very thorough in his examination of Blade and the diagnosis seems to have been correct as he seems to be improving. The cost, which I only learned about as I was checking out , was a bit of a shock for such a simple problem. Without that it would have been 5*.

My elderly dog had a visit to the vets today for a general checkup and while I was thereI had a few concerns about my dogs health. I felt that my vet had the time to talk to me about it and gave my dog a though check. It was nice that he had taken the time and I did not feel rushed. Thank you
