Very very exspenive and not a lot of empathy for customers with pets that are seriously ill or even at the end of there life, but very quick with the massive bill

My dog has been registered with Myerscough for years, I called to request an appointment, brierfly explained the issue and was told they do not have a vet in Brierfield and the nearest Myerscough has a waiting list for appointments. No questions to assess how urgent the care was needed, a ' sort it yourself' attitude I obviously said that it was ridiculous to wait a week to see a vet when care was needed, and that I would go somewhere else
'That's fine' was the reply from the person on the phone. I did go somewhere else, and in future, I will be taking my dog to a place were they care, luckily he is also registered with another vet in another county were I work and I got excellent service from them.

Great practice. Helped us with our pet who sadly had to be put to sleep. The car was brilliant and they were so compassionate and understanding
