Have been using the service for 5 years. Staff is very friendly and professional. Gentle with my precious Coco the cat. They've always been helpful if I had any questions or needed advice. 10 out of 10😻

I’ve brought my two dogs here for the last year and I have to say that each and every visit has been more than lovely! One of my dogs is so obsessed with the lovely ladies at reception (especially Hannah) that he pulls me toward the building every time we walk by. The vets are all fantastic but I have to give a special mention of the lovely Australian male vet who really listens and clearly cares about his furbaby patients.

PLEASE AVOID THIS VETERINARY CLINIC! If your dog gets seriously ill please avoid. They do not have any permanent veterinary members of staff all locum vets who do not know anything about your dog’s care plan. This veterinary clinic is fine for all routine vaccinations etc. But if your dog happens to get seriously ill good luck. We had to change clinic because they lack competent staff and it’s all about how much money they can get from you. Please avoid anything to do with Goddard veterinary group it’s all about profit.

I have been with Goddard’s (formerly Winter’s) for many years and can’t recommend them highly enough! Lana , the head vet, is amazing. She shows such care to the animals and is extremely knowledgable and professional. The veterinary nurses are all wonderful - friendly, helpful and kind, and most of all, it’s clear that they love all the animals that visit them. Their prices are very reasonable and they also offer a “pet plan” whereby you pay a monthly amount and receive free flea/ worming treatments for the duration of the policy and also free annual health check and vaccinations! Well worth the £13 a month I pay for my cats! The added bonus of course is that they are very local and so I don’t need to worry about the stress of getting the cats in the car and travelling to a vet further afield. I absolutely recommend them!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Truly awful, you cannot get through on the phone. Managing to get the care and medication your pet needs is impossible and stressful, to the point it becomes distressing and impacts your animals welfare. I was left without medication for my pet after they delayed appointments and then made mistakes with the prescription for 8 days (impossible when you cannot get through). That and an awful experience at an appointment I would never go to a Goddard's again, I am left with questions about the experience of the vet seen (said my pet had fleas and a tumour, neither were correct) and also have felt they would continuously seek to money grab where possible. They did not seem interested in feedback so can only conclude they do not care about what is happening in branches.

If you even REMOTELY care about your animals health, do NOT register them at this vets! On multiple occasions I’ve had pretty poor service but always ‘written it off’. For example, my dog had bad diarrhoea, gave us medicine for this, and symptoms of the tablets were also diarrhoea. Putting a muzzle on my dog when she isn’t even remotely reactive. However our last emergency trip, was ridiculous. No vets, in the vet, in the early afternoon. And the receptionist was almost trying to convince us to go home as if nothing were wrong with our dog? I could appreciate we hadn’t had an appointment but I wouldn’t go unless my dog was clearly in a lot of pain. And if she were in any worse danger, what would’ve happened then? Two dogs registered at this vets and we’ve never been convinced they really care for animals. However, this was the tipping point I cannot look beyond. I can’t stress this enough, please find somewhere else that will care for your animal, these people by no seems seem they have a passion for them at all. Thank you, we will most definitely not be returning.
