Lanes Vets Poulton (Bracewell)

BRILLIANT is all I can say. Had to bring our amazing shih tzu daisy here as we was on holiday. Our vets at home had told us a mild infection but the vets here admitted daisy straight away and treated her like royalty. They managed to find out she had lymphoma. Cannot Express how well daisy and both me and my wife was treated. They rushed everything through and kept in contact during the whole process absolutely brilliant. Big thank you to vets jo and katherine who got daisy booked into there garstang clinic next day

The vet’s, nurse’s & receptionist’s are always friendly & welcoming. On this visit, I think her name is Georgina, took the time to talk to me about my cat Bella who passed away in December. It was very comforting to know that her final hour’s were pain free. Thank you to everyone at Lane’s Vet’s Poulton.

🥺😢 My mother had the unfortunate and devastating experience of taking her beloved dog here just over a week ago and finding out he was more ill than we thought, and there was nothing they could do for him.
From experience of having dealt with other vets before, I truly believe they handled it all in the most professional and sincere way they could. My mum was heartbroken and they managed to make her feel totally at peace with it all, and gave her all the time she wanted when it came to saying goodbye to the little man.
She even received a lovely sympathy card yesterday that had a little paw in it, which might be standard practice for vets I don't know, but I know my mum was overwhelmed by their support.
I can't recommend the Lanes highly enough.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very help full. And thay go though everything with you before and after what ever you've been for.

Couldn't recommend Lanes more highly. Everyone is lovely, appointments are easy to get within a reasonable time frame and they've been great with all our cats.

I use this vets for my 2 dogs and they are amazing. So friendly and helpful my dogs love going there.

Staff are all great and make it a calming experience for pets x
